Why is X-ray cash so popular? I have decided to quit this program after one week. It has a $20 payout and I only get two paid emails a day and no PTCs. It would be years before I reach payout.

You have to prompt it to reach payout.

ptp and the affiliate page are the ways to earn with x-ray cash
I have been a member for 8 months and earned $161.37 there ($154.50 of that is from PTP, $1.21 from emails/cash ptc, $3.48 from my downline, and the remainder from my affiliate page)

LOL, loved your answer, Redsky.
Just prompted yours by clicking both the X-Ray links from your siggie.

I'm new to all these different PTR things. I've been a member of Mypoints and Inbox Dollars and places like that, but all these smaller sites that pay in points and fractions of cents and stuff are new to me. I was wondering...what is the deal with PTP? I just joined PayingCash and I saw this whole list of different programs listed under the PTP thingie.. so what's up with that..how does it work?

on the ptp main, you will see a link- your "ptp link". that ptp link will earn you money like, $1.1 per 1000 credits(meaning around 1500-2000+ page views). the credited page views are only counted if they come from those "whole list of different programs" aka approved site list. u can get your ptp link to be shown on those other sites by buying ads on those sites, surfing sites that are traffic exchanges, or joining those sites and redeeming your earnings for ads for your ptp link

aaah.. I see.. thanks for the info.. but you have to be a member of the program you're promoting to get credit from it? ..so I'd have to join a bunch of sites to be able to promote them to get paid? I really don't want to join a bunch of sites that don't pay much if I can avoid it LOL

Well since my CatHouseMails upgrade have expired, I have been looking for a replacement PTP program. I have decided to try Xray out and signed up today. Looks like it is still running strong, and has many years behind it. The high payout is a bit scary, but I have decided to focus harder on PTP.

Thanks.
Well, it works great with SAS (in both PTP and regular surfers). They have two PTP pages, one is paused now. 95% of SAS hits are counted at Xray meaning I will be in profit. In one night, I have only had two links to click - but they where 0.33 cent links. Looks promising atleast for PTP promoters. If it has been like this for a long time, I understand why it is so popular. Should have joined earlier

i was also scared off by the high payout. Then I joined

and the ptp is great!
I have joined more PTP sites, but I definetly got the best results on Xray-Cash. You have to be a little bit patient to reach the payout, but if you join low payout sites (like Ivymails, Donkeymails) you can use your earning to invest in promoting Xray.
The best thing is the searchpromo link. 1,6credits for US hits. This means that if you buy tier1&2 ads (the price is usually 0.30-0.40) you will get more than 1000 credits for every 1000 bought hits. I think it is the best PTP site around.

That's why it is paused at SAS. They dont have any bad stuff on their site, but one of the sites in their rotator has auto-installers etc. The regular promote page is OK. (I still clock both. Linux is almost bulletproof. Good thing you used protection)

yes it is not necessary x-ray fault. but it is not the first time it happen to me.
The nasty think is invisile to any commercial anti virus. but my friend work for security on a bank and had tool that detected the nasty thing.. it have no name. I click a link and my cpu had freeze. then when you reboot it disable firewall and antivirus. but if you check they look active. but is not, after good luck. it cost me a hard drive. the nasty thing install in your hd. in a zone that cannot be erased.
if you not care too much.. because computer slow donw you may be have a mail server that is sold at great price to spammer.
Just be very careful.. i will not click a ptp link from x-ray for awhile.

A quick question to those who have been paid by X-Ray - is it normal that the money is deducted from your account before it's actually paid? I requested a payment about a week ago, I know the site's payments are on vacation until the 6th and am totally OK with waiting, I simply wanted it queued and waiting for when they get to the payouts after the break.
My question is whether this is what usually happens: The money isn't in my account any more and is listed among "cash debits" as a "free member payout $19.99", even though I am yet to receive it. It's the first payout I ever requested from the site, so I wanted to make sure that nothing bad happened and the money didn't just disappear.

Its deducted from your earnings as soon as you request. It takes nearly a month to get paid but its a reliable site.

Yes, payouts take time, but with their search PTP I had never losses in any advertising.

I quitted because of the high payout as well. I normally buy quite a lot of ads for other PTPs but since I don't even like the PTPs on Xraycash myself(it seems to take the longest time to load on my PC), I didn't buy any ad for it. I figured if I didn't promote it hard, I would never reach the payout, there was no reason for me to stay.
