However I went to the homepage to report the fxlayer doing auotsearches and there is a pop up called exoclick.com which is owned??? by the same fella I think who makes all the other junk and I think this is where all the luxemil fxlayer etc is coming from.

FXlayer (owned by milkus) is where the junk is coming from. That layer is a visible cover-up for all the autosearches inside FXlayer. The site owner might think all they're putting on their site is that exoclick layer ad, but with the code are dozens of 0 iframes and dozens more 0 iframes inside those doing the searches. So whenever you see that exoclick layer ad, look to see if it's really FXlayer. Milkus is the same guy that owns Xtraff that's also extremely nasty with autosearches and trojans.
