I found this guy sending almost all of his traffic to my site through proxies.. So if he is a member of your prgram, please make sure to check his logs and you will be amazed.

Lachlanm recently mentioned that someone was going around doing this, send a pm to him pointing him towards your post here, or post this within the search discussion folder, or ask a global to move it there to save the double thread posting...
