im not a member but it says 1/2 so i assume you fill in 1/2 the amount and pay the other half

I don't want pay other half. I rather pay the full 10 itpaystolearn cash instead. Plus I don't want to waisted my money from paypal.

It says you can only use it for half. If you don't like that.....well, I'd suggest you contact IPTL.

They recently changed their terms and they are not accepting paymentes with 100% IPTL cash, so you need pay a minimum of 50% with real cash in order to buy an ad packager. However, you can use those IPTL cash to buy banner impressiones and pay with full 100% IPTL Cash.

With 15 dollars you can run one banner campaign of:

15,000 or 15 days, which happens first for 15 IPTL Cash.

Good thing is that now you can earn US cash by reading messages and if you are Gold Member you can earn a ref % from your first two levels read messages.
