Are you asking bout e-mailvalue if so its a really great program.. Sends out a good number of emails a day with 1/2 to 2 cents links in them.. A decent ptc section.. It didnt take me long to cashout and i only have one referral..lol

So its a must join program.. One of the bestest out there

I'd say E-MailValue is THE best place to earn with no referrals (I only have one, but I'm earning fast), and they send a whole lot of links. One of the greatest PTR ever!
