He got his website months ago so no clue what he complaining about. Now if he did not get the email with c-panel logins or respond to email to join site and send me user name so I could give him admin nothing I could do about that.

If you send him that mail you talk about here , then please go back and find it. you should still have it , if you dont then that just plain simple bad customer support.
you have a buisness and you have to keep track of what people order and when they recive emails telefon calls and so on. if you dont anyone can come saying you have scammed them.

so please post som form of proff that you send him that mail. his ISP or mail provider should be able to track it down with the time and date and your sender address.

Even if he DID send it, why not just send it again? I think that is all the OP is asking...he just wants login access. I know I have forgotten my login access on several occasions at many sites and would either like an automatic email sent to me or have some admin manually send it to me.

I got millions of emails to go through and even more files if he was nice about it probably could find it in few hours but since he wants to be mean it could be a few days before find it.

Now if y'all got advise on how to find it faster any help be appreciated.

Sure, PM him here and ask him what his username or email addy (that he originally purchased from you). You then run a search on your email program and find it. Or, if you answer your emails in a particular way (like putting the domain name in the email or the subject, run the search that way).

yeah using the search feature to look for a certain email, name or word will find it very quickly.

May I make a suggestion to JJ. Quit this business real soon. First of all, you don't have very good English skills. Secondly, you are arrogant and like to talk down to people. Third, you have forgotten the golden rule of business: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Lastly, you are most likely a sophiscated scammer. This means you know just enough about scamming people not to get caught. If you don't cease and desist this business soon you will only bring this industry down. That's all I've got to say.

The customer got there site months ago I can not help it if they never got emails from me. I just resent the info after spending all day searching for info.

The person got there site faster then it took them to pay for it. I can not help it if they did not get the full info first time I got it.

On my site always states realistic time frame on sites until recently said up to a month now it says about a week.

I also sell super cheap to some and the key words on it is I do it as have time if higher paying people come along they get top priority and most my repeate customers are happy with how I do things.

But of course I excepted I not make everyone happy and have issued few refunds to those people and they usually got the site too.

I probably only issued 3-5 refunds in the 500 sites sold this year so looks like most happy.

shaheed had his site a week or two after he paid which is my normal turn around time. He is upset as I not set up new hosting billing accounts since August or September so people been getting 3-4 months of free hosting not 1 free month. I was doing this as a Christmas gift to all but since people keep trashing me for being nice I be setting up hosting billing account the next few days instead of waiting to January. You can thank shaheed, zx10, and dana for this.

Reminds me of a neighbor of mine...... I Personally thank goodness I never joined any sites owned by him. I think he needs to treat every one the same no matter whom pays more. Because I usually test something out say an advertising company I will buy the very minimum and see how it works for me then I will purchase more. But If I get treated with less priority as JJ said because of my minimum purchase then ya can Garentee I will not purchase a higher amount for that matter I will not purchase ever again. Its sad to see that the people that have the cash look down on others. Also the people that have the cash have higher priority. Such as Life I suposse. But bad business all the way around.

Do you have prof of the auction post it here for us all to see then JJ can't deny he sold you six months instead of the one month he keeps claiming.

Wouldn't matter JJ would claim it was altered somehow. That's what he always says when someone post proof of him not telling the truth

Well it doesnt matter what JJ reaction is let the rest of us make up our own minds we are all grown ups and I for one would like to see if. If you have the prof please show us as this could go back and forth forever send us the link to the auction or a screen shot.

Even if he was to get 6 months free hosting each month was only entitled to 500 MB bandwidth this month he used 3.5 GB worth which would of been 7 months worth. So either way I should and would of suspended him thanks to him reminding me to check his account. I tired of people mistaking my acts of kindness and then bashing me because of it. I given some people 6-12 months of behindness before suspended them due to sob stories.

JJ when you set up his cpanel was it unlimited if so you can't punish him for using it. If not your sever would have suspended it automatically thus him trying to contact you. This would make sense if he cant get access while its suspended. You not responding to him and helping him with his issues is why he is upset you are this persons host and it is your job to maintain support you cant just sell space and hope it all works out.

Anyone who hosts these PTC scripts knows it uses a lot more bandwidth then the cc script so you should have been fully aware 500MB was not going to be enough.

There seams to be nasty bugs in them as well we are having to ban most if not all ptc sites because some don't stop PTP links being advertised in their traffic and auto banner click area on the scripts. Sad really as we want to trust other PO's but some just keep breaking the rules.

And I feel until these bugs are fixed it will become a wide spread issue like in the other thread your chatting in instead of fighting amongst your selves maybe your time would be better spent finding the bugs and fixing them or this PTC script will be worth less then it is now.

marciapw I think your best bet would be to do a charge back and get your money refunded. And put your funds towards a script you can count on like the CC Script.

No need for me to do that. He purged my sites from his server. But I can say he did refund me before doing so. But he also claimed to have contacted me several times when he had not. He had even suspended my admin account on one of the sites so I didn't have access to site before he got rid of it. He kept purchase options turned on at 90 and 95% discounts. I was doing refunds out the butt due to it. He had even put a $1,000,000 link in the paid links section to make me look like a scam. I was simply replying to thread due to the issue of JJ not responding to contacts made by thread starter because he did same to me quit all communication and everything. Even when sites were still online I had to go to other friends for help with site issues. Some of which they couldn't help with due to it being a server issue not the site itself. And the fact that he suspended thread starters account for not paying hosting when he had no access to his site just is not fair to anyone.

Fail to mention your site was cause of server problems and every time tried to fix problem did not like solution so one day when problem started I suspended your site. Then when person told me was getting server from did not contact me for info on how to get backups I terminated your account.

JJ you can stop this bickering back and forth. Just give this gentlemen his cpanel dwtails and free hosting. What's it going to hurt? At least it will restore your image somewhat. Although your ego will always need working on

He has his cpanel info. He used his free hosting. Site will not be turned on until receive hosting payment. If not paid in 3 days I be terminating his account.

I just hope all these ptc sites will all these problems don't have members that might be waiting for the site with no word or waiting for payment. That would be the worst I think.

What you failed to mention is how many times you have said you gave me 3 months. But I tried to move site 1 month after you suspended it and cpanel was already gone. And BTW, I couldn't use John because he was offline for a while due personal reasons. And you never once mention site being cause of server problems tell after I starting griping about it in the forum. And in the forum is also the only time you said anything about why site was down. But then you have said so many different things about it's hard to figure out which one is actually true

They probably are. But JJ don't care. He'll terminate the account and then call the guy a scammer. He tried doing it with me. But I bought another site. Got hold of what members I could from payments received through paypal. Emailed them and all joined. I offered members that joined my site that were members of my old site $2 in account plus free upgrade to try and make up for what was lost.
