First of all, I want to thank you all for joining our searchengine. We are still very new, but growing every day. Please read the following information very carefully: this concerns many of you!
Because of our rapid growth, we also see more and more cheaters joining our searchengine. We are checking for cheaters daily, so be warned.
Here are the rules you need to follow, according to our terms:
1. ALL your info must be filled out completely. Everybody has a first AND last name, lives in a house that has a number and has a zip-code. If for some reason you have no zip-code, live in no province or have no phone, please email us and explain your situation. Then, we will of course keep that in mind.
2. Incentivized traffic is forbidden! This rule is clearly stated in our terms and there will be made no exceptions!
What do we consider incentivized traffic?
All traffic sent from an email, PTC-area etc. to our main page, which gives people an incentive to make a search, or just to visit the page. Whether it is points, cash or advertising doesn't matter. All members sending us such traffic will have their account deleted.
3. Don't use cheat-software! We are aware of the different kinds of software that are available. If we find a member using this software, we will publicly announce all info we have. Every member is responsible for his/her own traffic. If an affiliate sends us traffic coming from proxies only, we will delete that account. If you are an honest member, you don't have to worry about this rule; this will only concern members using cheat-software. We know the difference.
4. If you are using a portalpage to send us traffic: we have made some changes here! In your account, under "affiliates", a new portal is available. From now on, all searches from portals must come either from this page uploaded to YOUR OWN webspace, or from a portal you made yourself. However: if you want to use a portal you made yourself, you will need to get it approved by us.
Demands on portalpages: each portalpage should contain a minimum of 50 words at all times. We will not accept pages with less words, because this is considered "targeting keywords". The words should change from time to time and we will check to see they do.
For all affiliates using a portalpage at this moment: you have one week to make sure you comply with these rules. After this week, all members sending traffic from portals not approved by us will be deleted. This includes the portal located at http://www.thesearcherz.com/portal.php.
To get your portal approved, email webmaster@thesearcherz.com with "approve portal" as subject. We will check your page and reply to you as soon as we can.
5. We check accounts and traffic daily. If at any time we think you are sending us fraudulent traffic or are in any other way not complying with our terms, we will ban your account. From that moment, you have 7 days to email us if you don't agree. When you ask, we will always let you know what is wrong with your account and give you a chance to prove us wrong. We are human, not machines, so there is always a possibility that we could make a mistake. So, if you see your account is banned but are not aware you did anything to break our terms, email us and ask! After 7 days a banned account is deleted and all accumulated earnings and referrals forfeited. Deleted accounts can not be re-installed.
6. All pages containing our searchbox or portal-page must be entirely written in english.
