I received an email from Clickbuxx today which made my blood boil!!!

I cannot beleive myself and other members are being totally conned by the owner this is an extract from the last email I got ...

Question: I am missing referrals - where did they go?

Answer: There are many reasons that referrals may disappear. The main reason being that they were inactive and have been deleted. Some will cancel their accounts, some may have been determined to be cheating - but for any of those reasons they are no longer with the program and thus will no longer be in your downline. If the person who left or was removed had a downline - those are removed as well. Your downline is a COLLAPSABLE DOWNLINE. So if you had 1 referral in tier 1 and they had 500 referrals under them AND your tier 1 referral decided to cancel his / her account you lose all the referrals. This is the way the script works - I did not make this happen and have no control over it.


Question: When one of my referrals cancels or is deleted why can't I have their downline?

Answer: With the way the script is written the canceled / removed members downline becomes "orphan members". The script does not just move them up the ladder in the tier structure - it basically just kicks them out. In order for you to get these orphan members it would have to be done manually and it would take a good deal of time depending on the number of referrals that were kicked out of the tier. So, I will offer referral research / recovery at the rate of $5.00 per half hour to research the canceled / removed member and locate lost referrals to place them in the upline tier structure.

Now I own 2 of the EXACT same scripts and I know!!!!! that that is a load of blox!

John at Myecom specifically designed these scripts to combat that! so that when a referral drops out for ANY reason the script SHOULD update itself so the referrer gets those 'orphaned' members.

Does the woman realise there are members in her programs that have the same scripts or does she think she is unique??

Personally I am well po'd about this ... to out and out con members like that! geeeesh how can she sleep at night???? ya know I felt awful and hardly slept when the mailer wasnt working at TMC for months I was totally stressed out lol and I thought every body would think I was conning them.

Anyway I'm simmering down a bit now not alot mind you!

She thinks everyone is Dumb.... Does this latest move really suprise anyone????????

Funkymotha I have the same scripts and I will say you are 100% correct, These scripts are designed to move everyone up.

And the only way you lose those below is if she moves that person over and than deletes them.

I already quit because of the stuff she was pulling over at fillmyaccount and 1st profit.


She is a liar and a cheater and I won't hesitate to say it anymore. No more being nice and anyone who chooses to remain loyal to any of her programs is a FOOL!!!


I use the same scripts at TyliaPays as she does at ClickBuxx and she's full of it!

We manually imported our members when we changed scripts and it does not take that much time to do it...she's just lazy or overworked whichever the case may be.

If it's overwork then take my advice Evelyn...sell some of your programs OR do the smart thing for once....HIRE A MANAGER!!!

I truly do not believe the gall she has to try to pull this off!

I am really mad now and have stopped trying to be nice to her. I have always given her the benefit of listening carefully to her responses before I made any kind of judgments however, if I EVER did something like that to my members I would not EXPECT them to take this lying down.


I WOULD EXPECT A FIGHT and be prepared to lose more than 1/2 of my membership due to MY incompetence....this is what she's trying to pull.

Problem we have is Until all program owners stop letting people advertise her sites this will keep happening.

What people don't realize is, members are getting burned really bad and that reflects on all Webmasters.

So instead of being glad to make a sale SAY NO TO HER SITES and this will help.

I now own my own site and it too is an EVELYN FREE ZONE!!!

First off, based on that email, She IS trying to con people, AND she doesn't know what she's talking about, BAD combination.

I looked at her site, She is DEFINATELY using CC scripts.

She IS correct about 1 thing tho, They DO have a collapsable downline. Can't change that, that is the way the script is designed.

BUT A collapsable downline means that when a member un-subs/gets deleted that the referrals are moved up directly under that accounts referrer. so looking at an account like this:

Level 1 = 1
Level 2= 50
Level 3 = 5

Remove level 1 account and you get

Level 1 = 50
Level 2 = 5

So She should learn a bit about what she's talking about before saying, "this is what's happening"

To remove someone, you only need to go to their account and delete them, everything else is automatic.

The ONLY way to lose referrals that have not been deleted is to re-assign the member to another account then delete the member so that they become attached to the other account.

If she got better scripts that balanced the downline tree by shifting the members under you up when they get orphaned(self balancing tree), would that help any?



Let me understand this scenario. If you lose level one (or any level), they all move up one.
So if they had
1 = 20%
50=10%
5 = 5%
Then they would have:
50 = 20%
5 = 10%
? Is that right? Would it be better for the WM if it went:
0 = 20%
50 = 10%
5 = 5%
I'm just asking. It seems like the numbers would seriously hurt the WM in some circumstances. But is sure helps the members.

Actually I think there are scripts like that available now. I believe I read about this problem under one of the topics in the program owner's section of gpf. There are scripts, such as Evelyn does state, that were in place. I believe the script to counteract this problem was being sold, but it cost extra dollars. Perhaps she did not want to pay extra for the script that would fix that problem or perhaps she was not aware that there was a fix available.

BTW, why would somebody with 50 1st level referals cancel his/her account

Wouldnt hurt the webmaster any more than before that person canceled......as theier downline just stays with the further up upline............so either way they would be under someone on thier first level

IF she has older scripts that do not perform the function of automatically moving up the dl, there's only one person that can tell us for sure, and that's Jeannie.

As long as she's been doing all the upgrades we receive free of charge, she should have no problems. If I remember correctly in Click Buxx anyway, members didn't lose referrals downlines when they quit. Ummm... something stinks about this whole thing and I'm sure we all know what it is.

This is a built-in feature of the cc scripts.
ClickBuxx has nothing extra to buy. It's an automatic feature.
She must be doing like a couple of the other posters suggested, she moves the member she's going to delete into another slot first, then deletes them. Then that person's downlines will become orphans.
The only other way she could get orphans from a deleted member would be if she had modified her script.

I get the orphan thing now that she was explaining. Yeah. That's totally unacceptable.
Her scenario based on the email:

If you had 1 referral on tier 1, and 500 referrals on tier 2, if tier 1 leaves, all the others are orphaned. You have no downline.

At THE LEAST, it should look like this:

tier 1 = 0
tier 2 = 500

Of course, unfortunately, since they are fully deleted from the database, that makes things difficult. Maybe just put a flag in there saying they are inactive.

Why don't they do that anyway? What if someone gets into your account and unsubs you? If you dispute it, it's seems like it would be a pain to recover the data. If a flag is set when they cancel their account to switch it to inactive, not only would it preserve the downline, but it would also be easier to recover data. This would also help when investigating people for cheating. If the WM suspects a person of cheating, they can flag them as inactive. That would make a good way of saying "account closed pending investigation". If they find they made a mistake, they could just set the flag to active.

I never really understood why people delete things from databases. I just makes it harder to recover data. The records in the table don't really take up that much space (or at least with the right structure they shouldn't). I doesn't seem like database integrity using these scripts is very good. Just my opinion.

nope, cc scripts have had that ability since day one. Many features have since been added, but that has "always" been the way things work in cashcrusader, and clickbuxx is a cashcrusader site. Downline moves up without the webmaster doing one thing.

i know what you mean. it pains me greatly to recieve a paid email link that goes to a richmails.com (known scam) referral page i hate to think people are wasting their money/earnings/points on getting richmails referrals.

It does look like that at first but then there is an auotmatic downline stats builder that will eventually in real time move them up so the 500 go to level 1



John has been know to recover the data and enabled people to have their accounts back. or simply upload your back up and send out the paidmails if any have gone out that day.

But back to the email ... I gave her the benefit of the doubt like many others but when I see her selling hundreds of refs on ebay I realised that there arent THAT many members at CB therefore she must be selling those 'orphaned' members ... which makes me MAD!! They never belonged to her in the first place. I might be mistaken and she is selling her own refs like I do on TMC and SCE but it doesnt look likely.

ive seen other sites (ran by one bunch of ppl) that sell referrals. I never understood why.. Do they pocket the money they make off of the auction.. Some are getting 100 bucks for their ref downlines.. Thats insane.. But if they use that money to payout members then thats alittle better.. If i were to sell my downline and say got 50 dollars that 50 dollars would go to member payouts. I tend to wonder what some sites (hers included) what their debts are.. I like to keep mine around 100 so that if something did happen ( like i got sick and couldnt do this anymore all my members would be paid..

and granted if a member wanted to sell theres they could with permission first.. for i would watch closely..

referrals go to gold members.. I have said yeah u can by one for such and such but those are from my direct level so no one would be losing a downline member only me.

Never accoured to me they sell the WHOLE downline and some mite actually sell (orphaned) members

Humm those of us who stayed with Evelyn may be fools but let me tell you we are getting paid. I make more money with her programs than I do with almost 100 other programs put together. That says alot to me.
People are cryin over losing referals but it happens with every program.People do unscribe, lose their internet connections,unscribe because of the bull they see in forums and well members do die. If you are gonna be involved ingptr programs you have to realize this or you are gonna be ticked of at all the programs out there. I lose referals in several programs daily.They come and they go.

Then sell the downline on ebay.
Hey if someone buys that downline on ebay and someone drops out then they get sc%#@% twice. Wow she has some racket going.

Remember with the CC scripts the downline will move up automatically, but only after each member logs in. Until the member log in it will look like they have disappeared.

well people with 900 referrals cancel there account so why should 50 matter, btw I also deleted an inactive member with over 800 in there account- if that make me a ****H than so be it, but if you are not clicking or bothering to log into your account then yes you lose all referrals and they will go to the next person in line. I don't see where jumpping down evelyn throat is going to solve the referral problem and I think she is right about when they unsubscribe the referrals go into a blackhole until you find them i don't know.. Like one member i deleted because i felt she was trying to crack my admin area , she got caught red handed, but she sdtated she didn't know. Well I was unable to recover her 1000 referrals because where do I look, If i could give them back I would. I tried to do her backup like 20x and nothing worked.

btw the one who lost all those referrals is currently still a member

when you had clickbuxx wish I remember maybe the script was working fine johm has been working with my account with my permission if I can say so to check what is going on for I had 1000 referal and when cron deleted some of my level one I lost about 500

so john made test took some of my referal send them in a test account not only did it screwed up my downline but 5 other wish should have nothing to do with it any way so he undid what he had down and id more test and found the script had major problem at first he evne taught of a hacker job but could not find any so he look at the script and found part screwed up so he has send patches that we received this morning wish should fixe the downlien problem the one who can compliant the most is me fo ri lost 500 referal but john has confirm to me it is not evleyn fault and has never been for the change of script it always been this way
