Hi Ron,
I'm asking to check the status of a point redemption from teacup to baby tesas I did last month. According to the referral stats page I am still at teacup level. Thank you for your attention.

Ron has moved to a new home and has yet to get everything sorted out in the new place. So he has less computer time than usual and so everything is behind but he will catch up - eventually. We all have to be patient for a little while longer.

I've been looking for the Papa/Moma Tesas Bonuses most of this month, but haven't received them yet. Please advise.

Went out on the 18th with 48 hr resends so you should be able to find it.

Still looking for teacup upgrade points email for October.

I have some concerns that some of my ads has not been processed lately. Particularly the following 2 ads:

# Guaranteed Clicks - SEARCHES ONLY (to all searchers in search approved countries) / 0.6c Paid Search eMail to 250

# Guaranteed Clicks - (TARGETED TO POINTS) / 60 pt to 500

I submitted the above two ads last week on Oct 17th and 18th and believe I've not gotten the "Your ad has been processed" e-mails since then ?

You probably got a referral rotation as we haven't sold referrals for quite some time. As to the other, see previous posts for the reason for ther delays

You mean the one that stated that the e-mail ads were backed up. And that they are stated to go out on the 8th, meaning Nov 8th right ?

No, when I said they were backed up to the 8th, I meant that oldest one waiting was submitted on the 8th of October and I'll go back to processing them as soon as I finish answerring queries wanting to know when I'm going to be sending them out.

When I can stop telling people why they aren't done so I have time to get them done. Not meaning to be flippant but I can either process ads/redemptions or repeatedly tell people why they aren't done. Which would you rather I do? (I'd rather be processing ads but it's your call)

Don't know if this is a problem, but...

I pushed the payout button and 1 miin after I realize that the account in my user info was set to e-gold, but I need it at paypal (I'm having trouble to access e-gold)

I've changed it to paypal AFTER the payout request, and since I couldn't find any way to cancel the request and do it again with paypal set, I wonder what kind of proplem I created for you...

Sorry for that. If needed, please cancel the request, ok?
I'll do it again when it is avaiable.

After a request is made, the page reflect whatever the then current payment processor is so you can change it all you like until the payment gets made.

I am really sorry to bother you. I have been looking for my teacup Bonus points for October but I have not found them yet. Would you please either check on this for me or could you please add them for me as your time allows.
I also redeemed for the next point upgrade on 8-7-07. Just wanted to make sure that I hadn`t fallen through the cracks. But I also know how busy you have been both with the site and moving. So I do understand that it would take longer than usual with all that going on.
I have moved several times in my life and that is a job all in itself. I do hope that I never need to go through that again.

I was just wondering if you got my request for a ref rotation - i didn't get a confirmation of redemption - although it shows in my account that I did redeem for it on the 13th - no rush for it - just want to make sure you got it I also was wondering if the bonus points are now called activity link - because I keep seeing that - but haven't seen the bonus points yet

User djbworkin here. Just wanted to make sure that I have not fallen through a crack someplace.

On 8/17 I paid with points for the annual upgrade from TeaCup to Baby Tesas. Past two months now and I still see no indication that it was processed.

More recently, on 10/11, I paid cash for a 1x referral rotation.

I realize you have been dealing with many issues, but it has been long enough I thought I better check.

The Add 1X is in there, waiting to be processed.

Bonus Points and Activity Link are 2 separate things. One is for upgraded members (which will be done differently starting next month) and the other is sent to everyone so there's no excuse for not being active every month even if I have nothing else targeted to specific interewsts that members only want.

Bonus Points for October went out on the 18th with 48 hr resends until the 30th so they should be in your emails from today.

Somehow the setting in my profile has been changed from 'e-mail address' to 'site inbox'. I've changed back to 'e-mail address' 3-4 times, but it only takes a couple of hours and then my profile is changed again to 'site inbox'. Why is this? Can't I have the mails going to my e-mail address?

This has been discussed at length on the forum. Ron has set things so that if an email bounces for whatever reason then it has to be inbox only. Personally I find the inbox far quicker than opening emails.

Ok, thanks for the reply. I'll check our settings to see if the mail bounces. I'll also consider using the Site inbox.

thanks for the 1x update - no rush - but I did just read the title of all 515 emails in my inbox going back to the 27th - there are no bonus links there - am I still listed to get them?

As far as I know, yes, you're still supposed to get them same as all the other upgraded members.

OK - I have checked again - still no bonus ad - and I have been looking since the beginnig of the month - have I already clicked or is something wrong? - I even had my mom check all the emails to see if she could see it - all of them from the 26- 29 were triple checked - and I don't see it in todays either

I really hate to be a pain - but could you please look into this for me?

Go to the top line of the computer page (not the site page) hit "edit" and then a list comes up, hit "find on this page" and put in the word you want and it finds it for you if it is on the page.

tried that it came up with nothing - text not found

guess I just don't get bonus points this month

I have looked and looked for the Teacup Bonus Points But have not received them in my inbox at all.
I have my site emails set to be received onsite so that I don`t worry about it or anything bouncing.
Could this be the reason I am not receiving them?
