I'm thinking about starting a PTR, but need to know how much capacity is needed for MySQL database in script like Noeysplacepays uses ?

It depends on how many members you have.
Also, the longer you are open, the bigger the database gets per member, because the mysql keeps track of all the members' clicks, redemptions, etc.
