I know a lot of people didn't join because of stormpay. I joined because I needed SP because I was paid by AYS and another program in desperation and fear that if I didn't take what I could I'd not get paid.

I noticed that after clicking on all the links and even with a few refs I don't even have a friggin penny!

I clicked on links in an email that said .03 naturally I figured it's not gonna be three whole cents. I assumed point zero three meant 3/10th of a cent. I guess I was wrong...

I had $0.009405 I clicked a link below I end up with $0.009705 which is
.0003 that's extremely pitiful. What is that a thousandth of a penny??

Needless to say I am not very happy with this. It's paid to click not paid to sign up! I'll never earn enough by clicking on emails to even cashout without the fees from SP eating up what little I do earn. ao.gif

Yea I thought the same thing, but after a bunch of clicks I still have less than 1 cent, even with referrals.Hague is probably one of the few over the 1 cent mark.

I emailed asking if it was me or what did .03 really mean I got this less than what I consider friendly email basically telling me I do nothing and my time is worthless:

Hello,
We have a test account and use it all the time to check this kind of
thing. It is put into the system as 0.025 cents and it actually rounds
it up to the closest which is 0.03 cents.

You have to participate in order to make money. There is no
database problem. If you do the signups you would make money.

If you have a problem with what we pay we would suggest you do
drop out. We do not give out free money for doing nothing.

Staff,
HarleyBabes.Net

It's PAID TO READ... why should I be forced to signup for anything! Besides I am NOT earning .025 per click no matter what they say... as you can tell I had $0.009405 I clicked a link below I end up with $0.009705 which is
.0003 NOT .025. What is that a thousandth of a penny? I sent them that very line too. I have unsubed. If we earned a quarter of a cent per link every 4 links would be a penny. As you can see I am NOT earning that. I didn't JUST join this program. I got refs & no earnings, I'm obviously not worth it since I'm not "participating". In other words my clicking isn't earning THEM enough money! This lady really needs to go back to elementary math and figure out her decimal places!

I dropped this program after I tried to do the signups and on 4 different occasions never got the "confirmation" email to forward to them...so no credit! I don't know if any of them actually *send* a confirmation email. Pretty sad if you ask me...they were getting paid for me giving out my information, and I got nothing!

I had a few issues with Harley Babes that I won't get into here. Let's just say, I thought they were going to do things right, I joined, was a member for approximately 2 weeks, and unsubbed. It's hard to get behind a company that tells their subscribers how to cheat the advertisers.
debra2
Oh yeah I totally forgot abt those emails telling us to use a junk mail and such...

Glad I washed my hands....

Ok since you people seem to have a problem here, lets get it straight.

We have many members in our program that have $4 - $6 in there accounts right now. We have given away over 100,000 banner ads, we given away 7 gold memberships for free, we have given away 10,000 clicks in the paid to click section. These people are making money and getting free advertising, who else does that ??

As far as you using a junk email, that is not cheating that is just insuring your main account is not getting full of junk.

As far as signups with no confirmations, did you email us and tell us you signed up with a company ?? No you did not, this is your fault not ours.

We have many emails from happy members, if you do not take action on any program you work you will not make money, we have been online for years and we know how things work online.

If you have a problem with a company we would suggest you thinking about what you are doing first, the front page has always said PAID TO SIGNUP.

I am one of the 7 who got a gold membership free aa.gif. I also have over $3.00 in earnings. And, I've gotten a lot of free advertising. I, for one, am grateful for something a little bit different to do.

As far as the thing with the confirmation mails goes, there were a few I didn't get one, so I emailed the wm and was credited without question.

I like the program and have made more here in short time than with many other programs.

I agree quit. I see HarleyBabes came on and still no one told me why we were earning a thousandth of a cent per click although your emails say we earn more.

Oh and BTW it's Paid to Read AND Paid to Signup!

The whole reason you get paid for signups is for people to friggin look at the stuff they're signing up for. Encouraging them to use an alternate email is cheating and I'm sure if your sponsors knew many would agree. Chances are all the things people sign up for are never seen after the confirmation since it isn't in the email that has the most daily use.

I agreed with moxymom

I realized that in my post above I neglected to mention that when I contacted support on one of the instances of not getting a confirmation email for a paid-to-signup offer, they *did* get back to me right away, so I didn't tell the whole story! Sorry about that Harley Babes, I should have included that from the outset.

That said, I didn't email support on all the occasions because, well, it's a pain! I don't want to have to do that all the time. But if you like signing up for stuff and don't mind a bit of a hassle, the webmasters are very responsive.

Hello People,
Its great to see you here moxymom and Mcf ( we do not know who you are but thanks ).

We must say that since MoxyMom's post here she has $4.45 cents in her account.

We was even down for a week because of a server crash and MoxyMom still has this in her account. And yes people on June 4th we sent out a 25 cent paid link with no signup required, 154 members took advantage of this link and yes again there was no signup required, it was a 25 cent link. Tell us again who does that ???

We also must say using a junk email to do signups is not cheating and our advertisers already know about this as they agree about not filling up someones main account with emails.

Thanks for the support members and again we must say there are many people like Red, Fran, Crystal, bonnie, storm dreamer and many more that have over or close to $3.00 or more in their asccounts and they have only been members for a little over a month counting the week we was down. These people also have got a lot of free advertising.

We just sent out an email yesterday for people to respond to get free advertising and all they have to do is use there email address to do one signup and thats it, not even a confirmation needed. These people will have their choice of 6 different advertsing packages, again who does this ???

Have a great day everybody and we will see you at the top... ad.gif ad.gif

I am not a member of harleybabes, and I know nothing about them, I do not know if they are honest or not. But I will say this in their defence:

I know about paid-to-sign-up offers (excluding ptsu offers to join paid-to programs. We're talking signing up at shopping sites, credit card offers, etc).

When you signup at one of these places, you are automatically placed on their mailing list, which they SELL to other mailing lists. You will be getting hundreds of junk mails a day in a very short time after you start signing up at those sites.

Just as you are told to use a "junk" email when you join a safelist, you are advised to do so when you do a paid-to-sign-up offer at a corporate site.

It is not a matter of cheating, it's a matter of keeping your main inbox down to a reasonable level so that all your paid emails will not be bouncing all over cyberspace, and so that you can find your important mail amidst all the junk.
harleybabes
Thanks FreeandEasy thats the point we had to begin with, we personally deal with 6 email accounts for bsuiness online.

Also to address this issue about the links all paid email sent out in the last month have been 1/4 of a cent. As told to our members ( most programs owners will agree with this ) if you participate in the search engines and help with the popups then we will increase our paid link value which we have done. There is no program that can pay people for free, no matter what the program is the money has to come from someplace. Nobody will pay you for doing nothing, thats why some people have problems with paid email programs.

This is the Internet and just as in real life it is a situation of you help me I help you. Just as MoxyMom said in a private email to us " If you do not like the program then unsub and get your own PTR " we agree with this thinking completely. Do not complain because all you do is show how inmature you really are by tryng to discredit a company that people love.

If we all work together to make something happen then we all will be happy with the results.
