Those were the webmasters exact words to me via email, because I had let him know this was the third time I was contacting him with questions. The first response back from him very rudely let me know that this was not the 3rd time as he always answers his emails daily. My next email to him, I told him I was canceling his program, and that I did not appreciate him insinuating that I had lied. That was the response I got back in the last email from him. His attitude is horrible, and I am done with them. I am sorry to be witchy here, but that was un-called for, and I am seriously thinking about seeking legal councel on this, as this is clearly defimation of MY character on his part. I have saved all of my sent emails to him, and his return ones to me. So I have proof of my previous emails to him.

I mail Jason regularly to add new programs to getref, to ask questions about functioning and to report people who say they did join under me when they don't .... and his answers were always very nice and polite.

I can only tell you about my experience which was always very positive.

One webmaster posted today, can't remember where in the forum here, that sometimes the emails never reach them ... maybe that happened and the first mail he really read from you was a complaining one about the fact that he didn't reply your previous mails, so he reacted thinking HE was accused falsely ... dunno, just a guess here ...

You have no case for liabel or slander for no damage other than to your ego has been done.

No one likes to be called things they are not, but prove how that damaged you in a court of law, you shall never be able to do. Your complaint posted here was enough to bring visibility to the matter. That in itself might bring a bit of vindication to you. Post it at the Boycott forum as well, if you think it warrents it. But my advice to you, since indicate you have already quit this program, is to move on.

Thank You, for both of your responses. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day, or something, so I just got the leftovers from a previous bad situation. I will go on, there are plenty of great programs out there, just waiting to be tried....

Actually I am curious how do I get a hold of the web master for this site? I am having a small problem. I am a very honest person. I read all the member terms and everything before I join a site. I do not recall reading anywhere on their site one account per household although I know it does state this "ONE ACCOUNT PER COMPUTER Duplicate accounts created by the same user will result in all users for that computer being banned. You will also not be able to create future accounts. Do not cheat!" I joined get ref about two weeks ago I think. I love this site I have joined many programs. I have also promoted a few programs that I have joined there. Anyways I told my boyfriend to sign up for get ref also because he has different programs he is doing than myself. So I emailed him my referral link. We live in the same house how ever we do not have the same interests nor do we have the same computer in fact he has an acer and I have an everex, We do not have the same Ip address. We do have the same isp provider though. But when I read the terms it does not say anything about one account per house hold. I am not a cheater. I was not trying to gain anything by having by boyfriend sign up I just thought he could really use this program. Well any ways he tried to sign up from his own computer and he told me that it said some thing like referers account disabled. So I immedialty tried to find the faq of this site or a contact, instead I found the forum and I posted on the forum what had happened. and asked for help. Well now I try to log in and it says account disabled does any one know what I should do or even if this can be fixed I was not trying to cheat and I feel this has to be an error or other wise it would say one account per household or per isp provider etc.
