I am just curious to know why most PTR owners get more than one site??

Isn't it easier to run one and just promote it a lot and send out ads at just one site?

Thanks aa.gif

At one point in time, there is no room to grow. Many programs hit their "high" and are unable to grow much more, therefore the program owners look for an alternative way to generate more revenue. Atleast that is what I am guessing aa.gif I also heard that Jay and Sherry do their GPT programs as a career? I am not sure if that is true or not though.

There is no "high", Sendmoreinfo has had like a million people join their program, why? Because they advertised their GPTR all over the internet, not just on other GPTRs.

Yes, that's true, but for how much longer?

Surely they can't last long if they continue with their current level of support (which is non existent by the way) am.gif

Out of the 2+ years I have been doing GPT programs, I have never really liked Jay's programs, Mikes programs I have always loved, and some of the newer ones like Cash Royal and Rewards Divine I love!
nesearch
Oh Cash Royal, if you have time could you possibly check on a referral under me? I am not sure if he is active, but he insists he is. Please let me know aa.gif

It makes more sense to me to just run one site and concentrate on building it up, but I think some people love running them so much that they want more than one.

I answered you in our yahoo im conversation, but I will answer here again in case other people want to know.

To begin with, when I first launched (April 2002), my site went down almost immediately, and was down for about 3 days and i lost all that initial momentum. But I still grew to about 1000 members over the next few months.

Then in November of 2002, I upgraded to the Cash Crusader scripts. As soon as I did that, many members who had been very active went completely inactive. Some of those had large downlines, and many members were near or at payout.

Then in January of this year, my site was hacked. I had a fresh backup when that happened, but I was locked out of my site for over 2 weeks while my host (John at myecom), studied the logs to find a clue to the hacker.
I finally got access to the site again, and got the database restored. But, many members who had been active up until the hacking went inactive.
Again, many of these had downlines, and many were near payout.

Last month, I was at 1020 members, but after I deleted inactives, I went down to 400+ members! av.gif

Some of the members I deleted had large downlines. A lot of members were well past minimum payout.

I don't understand what happened, why many active members went inactive.

But now I am deleting inactive members regularly. It will take a while to get to 1000 again.

I just now reached 1000.
It was 998 when I got up this morning, and a short while later it was 1000.

I have quit many gptre programs over the past few months and the only reason I was even considering quitting yours was to signup again thru the downline builder. I make more with your program on my own than I do with penniesbyemail. What's wrong with all you people. Great program u r missing out on. I was shocked to find out this program has only 1000 members. Oh well, the less members you have now makes it easier for me to get referrals!! ab.gif ab.gif

My reasons for owning more than...1..........more than 3 av.gif

1. Its additicive ad.gif Just like joining so many ptr's etc

2. I work outside the home only 6 hours a week and have 2 small children, 1 is under 2 years old and I wanted to find something that would allow me to pay the bills and stay at home with her.

3. Doing this, I decide what hours I work......when my vacation is,,,,,,,,,how long my coffee break it......and can do the laundry inbetween

Thats why I have more than 4 or 5 ae.gif

I'm vigorously keeping inactive members cleaned out, yet still have gained 500 in 13 days.

you do have the option of not signing up for the contest ads. although, i must say, i get a lot of 1 cent emails from them when she has too many.

I think it is just a case of "horses for courses" as we say in the UK.

I'm running quite a few PTR, some are not performing that well, and I will be dumping some others.

But I am replacing them with programmes from the downline builder. ai.gif

Members who know how to work the program do very well.
I have members with NO downline who reach their $3 on their own in less than 2 months.
I would have a lot more paid links if people who win ebay listings would ever send in their ads. ao.gif
But when I start the cheap link days, I expect to have LOTS more paid links.

Yes, nursecolley, you are correct.
You do have the option of receiving them or not.
And I have sent out around 20 cents worth of paid contest links this month alone.
