They don't send out loads of emails, but have on average 20 cents worth of PTC's every 24 hours

i dropped this program personally the mail count has decreased not increased

if you can sponsor a 100 people then fine but unless you can its not worth it in my opinion

i remember seeing a post and i think even jay hadnt reached cashout

I've been going very recently almost daily to do my ptc's...but I am a long way off of the payout

there's been some random payments there which are also listed on the site...seems like it's the same people who are getting those random payments though.

Brandon here, webmaster of ProPaidEmail (a division of Liquid Internet). I don't visit this forum all that often and I don't plan on answering support questions etc here in the future, but since I saw a thread about my site I thought I'd make my first post.

Anyway, I realize that we aren't sending very many emails now, but I assure you that this will change in the near future. I have another responsibility that is taking almost all of my time right now so I don't have time to send the emails. All I am doing right now is answering support emails, posting PTC, and sending an ad once a week or so. I know this is not acceptable but I assure you that in the next week or two you will see a HUGE increase in the number of ads you receive from us. As a high-payout site I know we need to lots of ads, and hopefully we will be able to satisfy your tastes in the neat future. In the mean time, we have a large PTC section meant to give you substantial earning opportunity, and I hope you all take advantage of this.

One more note...we have done 27 random payouts, all of them going to our top earners, top referrers, and most active clickers. User YouRock (Jay) has been paid numerous times already. If you are active in our program, even with no referrals, you will be rewarded. That is our promise to you.

I assure you there is no favoritism towards Jay just because we are hosted with him. He has thousands of referrals and earns way more money than anyone else, so, according to our payout policy, he is paid the most. Beyond that, as far as other payouts going to webmasters and friends of Jay, I really have no idea which members of ours are webmasters or friends. It just depends on how active you are and how many people you refer.

We will be doing lots more random payouts starting in a month or so. Remember, we are a fairly new site, and I am doing everything I can to make ProPaidEmail a long term success.

Well, if you add up all the payouts to the "YouRock" username, (gee, I wonder who that is) that is just over $157.00 !!!!!!!!!!!

I refuse to buy any ads there till I see a more fair distribution of random payouts (and I don't mean random for myself).

Heck, half the reason people joined was because they said there would be LOTS of random payouts.....too bad we weren't informed that those payouts would all be to the same few people

Well you'd be hard-pushed to find anyone more active than me, I have literally clicked EVRY single PTC and email I've seen, lol...

As for referrals, I have a decent enough downline as you can see, plus I bought a Gold Membership the day I signed for you site, so surely I have a chance of qualifying.

OK, Jay has referred a lot and is probs active, but EIGHT random payouts? I bet his downline or activeness is not EIGHT times what I have?

Apart from that, I love the site, lol...just keep them PTC coming

Ok, I didn't realize that our payout policy had the errors that it seems to. We just pay the people that earn the most, click the most, etc. I assure you that in the next few weeks we will pay out MORE and will pay out to other people.

And to Brian specifically...you were the fourth one on the list for this week, and we have been paying out three per week...so you were REALLY close. You'll get yours next week.

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?

We send emails worth anywhere from $.0025 to $1.00.

When can I request payment?

You may request payment when your account balance reaches $250. This may sound like a lot, be we do lots of random payouts and we usually pay people before they are even close to the $250 level.

A "Request Payment" button will automatically appear on your earnings page. Press the button and you will be paid within a few days by PayPal, E-Gold, or Check.

Nothing in there about getting random payouts due to having XXX amount of referrals or earning the most, or being the most active.

I didn't mean our official Terms of FAQ says anything about how we award random payouts. We just devised a system that we thought would be fair and have stuck with it. We thought by developing a standard system we would not have to worry about favortitism, etc. However, it appears this is not the case and we will be reviewing our policy soon.

I just posted so I could get opinions on this program, had I not then I might have quit before finding that there will be more email and hopefully a different way the random payout works.
I don't think there were any really negative posts here, just some things that were needing to be cleared up. It's not like any of the emails we were sent said anything about the mail picking up or more random payouts, or the site is going to be slow for so long...no information, that's why I posted.
Like I said above I hope there are some refs to be found, because I'm willing to stay to see how this program turns out.

One more quick note...

I'm not upset or anything about the nature of the posts (although I do appreciate the help/defense I've received here). I take the criticism in a constructive manner. If there are things about the program that need to be changed then I want to know what those things are. I know this is a new program and because of this there will be some things that need to be worked out.

Hopefully I will be able to get out an email tomorrow night and include a small update regarding the number of emails.

Members are very sensitive about payouts/payments.

It is very important that we know how the system works. So many of us have been "kept in the dark" so to speak, and unfortunately we sometimes jump to conclusions when we don't know what is going on (raising my hand because I am guilty of this too).

I had to respond to this post, I normally don't respond to many posts, there was noone more shocked at the random payouts than me. I realize that I have recieved 3 randoms but i have a large downline(minus a couple of hundred now) I am no friend of jays as a matter of fact I do not belong to any of his sites. I did belong to one but quit when i realised there was no way in ###### to reach payout at ptcs worth.001 every couple of days. I am not a wm I just click and advertise. below is a copy of my current downline as of today.
