I am building a webpage with my PTP ref links/advertising links on it. I know I can advertise that pretty much anywhere I want to.

The question is: If I make a page with my PTP links and then use that page to advertise in programs, is that ok - does the link credit through the program or would it come up invalid?

If your page is on a free host your PTP hits will be invalid as the referring url would be an unapproved source. There are some that will give credit for traffic from free web hosts but they are probably not the types of PTPs you would be involved with.

If your page is on a domain that you own you will need to get that domain approved for PTP by each of the programs.
