It's NOT the sites... so calm down! I get several a week saying to confirm. SOMEONE is signing you up using the emails you've posted or links around with your email addy in them.
SOME programs I know will send emails before you confirm MOST will not. I guess the cheaters are hoping that they will and they'll make that tenth of a cent off of you.

I have had the same thing happen. I have contacted the WM everytime and they locate and delete the cheater!
