I tryed to withdraw my funds from the cloudcasino account, they told me everything ok, but when i checked my e-gold ... the money was never sent and the balance from the casino account was 0 !!!
Scammers ?!?!?

Could be, but it could also be that they have a payment queue that only gets run once a day, or something like that. Or they're auditing your account to make sure nothing's gone wrong.
Also, double-check the number you gave them, maybe it's gone to the wrong account.
Or, a scam is another possibility.
I'd send them an email, telling them you've not received your money, and double check the details with them. How they respond to that email will probably give you a fair idea of what sort of people they are.

I deposited 1 $ on them just for testing. I would not make a big case from 1 $. I just wanted you to know that they suck big time !

Have you tried to IM them on ICQ or AIM? They have the screen names on the support page. I just IM'd them on AIM and asked a stupid question about deposits and the responded within 20 seconds. Also the terms say they will deduct for fees from e-gold withdrawals but they don't say how much.
One other thing....if you signed up with them on a bonus offer and got some free money to play with at first, it's not unusual for these casinos to make you deposit and play 10 times the amount of bonus money before making a withdrawal.
