In codeads, each time adbrite comes around there are maybe 7 0 iframes doing autosearches. I could never get the actual code for this though as you can't open the banners in a new window.
Has anyone else noticed this?

One of the SAS Assistants caught this with mvent's tool and it shows 3 0 iframes

When the ad was checked there was no 0 iframes there. The page is loaded with them now.
These codes are being added after the ads are approved.
Isn't there something that can prevent a member from doing this?

Not sure whether there is anything that could prevent a member from adding stuff once the page is approved and is being displayed. But glad you were able to find it. That is one person to keep an eye on. Adding stuff when pages are approved is really bad

Ok I saw codeads again today and it did searches via biginfosearch. I was clicking a soaringeagleptr ptp and the main page in the rotator was Roadto51. I sent a report to soaringeagleptr and have contacted Roadto51 via contact page as Im really not sure where it was coming from.
Soaringeagleptr has vastgate banners on their ptp - there is a thread somewhere in this section about vastgate and what it does. The codeads is inside the vastgate banner. I also wrote to Soaringeagleptr via the abuse report to to let them know.
