i just read a email from someone who says "i'm building a house and getting married, all i ask is that you sign up under me, i'm NOT asking for a handout." Well i call that a handout and i'm sick of people who keep asking for money or signups. IF you cannot afffford it don't do it. THere's a reason people have jobs. I'm sorry but if you want or NEED money that badly you need to get a job. that's what a job is for. honestly i saw a website with a couple asking for handouts because they wanted to have their own baby through invitro feritilization. all i have to say is GET A LIFE. if you can't afford to own a house YOU should live in an apartment. If you can't afford to get married then just go to a courthouse if you want to get married that badly. I'm pretty sure more people on this forum have more serious problems then trying to get money to build a house and get married. If i wanted to sign up under someone out of charity i'd do it for a better cause then for your lazy ### to build a freakin house and getting married.

sorry i'm just annoyed so many people are trying to get a free ride.

I gotta agree! I want a new house too, but I wont get one until I earn it myself without asking for a handout.

You know, when I see people begging like that, it has the opposite effect. I want to do anything BUT give them money/what they want. Why don't people understand that?

Everybody has their troubles, so where do you draw the line? Who do you help, and who not? And how will you ever know if what they're saying is true? I hate to sound hard-hearted, but unless I know the person, I'm afraid I just won't be helping out. See, I have a family too, and we need to eat and have a place to live as well. In this day and age, I just can't afford to take the chance to help out people I don't know.

They apply for jobs, but they are not taken on...... what are they to do?

mmmm -- really does not matter to me! Housebuilding, hospital bills, sick cats or hacked sites. No different than trying to get people to sign up/search with a fancy ad or propmise of riches. Just a different way of getting those coveted refs/searches.

If there is an incentive I might search - just as I would any other ad. Why is this type of text in a paid ad different than any other. Some fall for it other's don't - just like some fall for the --- make 1 mill in 2 days approach.
