This always makes me wonder ... he is selling a database with personal informations to the first one who is ready to pay for it ? At least members were informed and can run change their personal infos and paswords ....

And what happens with the earnings of non gold members ?

A bit puzzled about this ...

Would imagine this would be an agreemwnt between the seller and buyer...I would assume at that price the buyer may have to absorb the debt. Hope whomever does take it realizes this and has resources to cover redemptions.

Um, as the terms state " your details will not be passed, sold.....................

It's a straight breaking of terms.

But who cares, terms are worth nothing in this business!

Ummm...this is webmaster selling the program as a whole, like selling a store. Not a member selling their account. Much better than just disappearing.

That part of the TOS/Privacy Policy is that they will not make your details available to 3rd parties to send you emails.

Hmmmm, this webmaster is selling the site, not just disappearing, you say ? Nope lol, he wants 50$ before disappearing ac.gif

He doesn't say he will take care of his members and make sure new owner will pay the debts .... and IMHO, those debts are his debts, he can't just run away hoping someone else will pay them ...

And as far as I am concerned, selling the site breaks TOS/Privacy Rules, the one who will buy the site is a 3rd party who will send me emails ....
