I joined Aquamails a few weeks back. But I decided not to continue that account. I asked them if I can cancel it. However, they ask me to stay and use the account to redeem advertisement instead. But I really want to cancel, is it bad to ignore the account?

It seems a strange thing to tell a member but without starting up another long thread and getting everything all muddled up I will just answer you should be able to unsubscribe yourself in the user areas under the unsubscribe link? Thats the normal procedure but I am not a member of aquamails so dont know the procedure for this site.

If you hit the 'user account' button and then go all the way down you can delete your account.

IF I am understanding the OP, then its not all that strange(well maybe a little ad.gif ), my guess would be that the OP has a bit of a cash balance/earnings and the program owner was suggesting that the OP uses the balance on redemptions before closing the account opposed to simply closing the account and losing out on all the time spent being active in the program, atleast thats my take on it.

leajacques, your welcome to cancel/ignore any account you choose aa.gif

According to AquaMails settings(not a member so I had to look it up) it says login required every 15 days, and TOS states any account inactive for 30+ days will be deleted, so if you choose to ignore the account than the PO will/should delete you account in approximately 45 days.

If you would prefer to just cancel the account than the following *should* work(once again not a member so I'm taking a guess at this one):
www.aquamails.com/pages/userinfo.php
Simply scroll down to near the bottom of the page until you see something similar to:
