I uploaded an avatar to my site, and when I try to use it, it just shows the red X. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I can see Diablos avatar just fine (too), kind of reminds me of Matrix

I still haven't figured out this stuff with hosts etc. I can see my avatar just fine but I've heard that most people can't, I can see a lot of peoples avatars even though they can't, I sometimes don't see some picture when almost everyone else cans....what the *piiiiiiip* is going on?

Sometimes when I look at other people's avatars, there's a red X. And other times I see it just fine. But I never ever see my avatar... This is pretty strange.

You're avatar was working a few days ago but now it's not, same with yours Pia, it was working a few days ago as well, but not now.

Diablo, I noticed you avatar is hosted @ freewebs.com, did you see this in their faq?

That's why your picture doesn't work, unless you sign up for Webzoom, which sounds like it costs money, it won't work on their servers.
