I think the page is a bit cluttered, especially with that large title at the top.

I also think the page is a bit cluttered. The Steam Webs logo up top is way way too big and
just doesn't look professional. I like the colors though & wish you all the best with your site!

IT is a good start. Try doing the menu using CSS buttons with different colors on the selected one. I did that with my layout, http://www.dormcheck.com
