Can I join in a thread for a program I am already a member of--become part of someone's downline and get others to be in my downline?

I don' t think you can do that? Maybe you can ask the webmaster for the program to add you as a referral of the next person in the downline thread and then you can add your referral link.. but I am not too sure if you can do that haha... I haven't done that before, it is just a suggestion

The answer to your question is no!

You can't join a program twice or you can't put your referral link in the DL builder unless you sign up under the last person, the only way you can join the downline from this forum is joining immediately after the last person.

What you can do is, un-sub from the program and re-join via the DL builder.
