I joined cashmiles some time ago (about 6weeks-2 months) and upgraded instantly to 'star member'as part of a special promotion they were running. This cost me about $29. AS part of the deal my upline member was promised $9 for me upgrading. I know my referrer personally and it took her a month to get that money after numerous emails.

I;m very unsure about CashMiles, the last thing I want to do is come on here and have a go at a program or WM but I want to know if anyone else has had these problems or if the WM will respond.

In more detail, cashmiles experienced a few problems a while back, I;m not sure of the details but my membership disappeared. I emailed Kieth (WM) and he reinstated my membership. I reminded him I had upgrade approximately 1 month ago and offered to send him the paypal receipt, he said my upgrade would be done shortly. I reminded him once more since then, asked if it would be done and the reply was 'yes, Kieth'

My upgrade has still not been done, although my referrer has received her $9 bonus I haven;t any referrals, or any 10times earnings.

$29.99 is alot to payout for an upgrade, but at the time it seemed worth it, now I;m not so sure

I don;t like having a go at programs, but I can;t afford to just give away $29.99 when so far i've only earned 2 cents!

If anyone else has had problems with CashMiles can you let me know? And if you read this Keith I;d really like either my upgrade or my money back.

Hope you get your money back,forget this crappy site...30 bucks for 2 cents in return.
I before upgrading always check how active is a site and never pay in advance for dead meat.

Superbird79, whoever your upline was, they got paid $9 within 2 days...THEY DIDNT HAVE TO MAIL EM AGAIN AND AGAIN!....better know what you are saying!

Concerning your upgrade, I am still having some problems BUT you are receiving 10 times!. You see only 50 cents in your members area but dont forget to multiply with 10 or 5 according you your membership level. If you are an upgraded member, I sent out around $3 worth of emails this month itself which you should have earnt if you are a regular clicker. Let me remind you that nobody pays 10X with $29 membership!. If you know any such company pls. mail me....!!

I agree that there has been some problem in upgrade stuff but I am trying to fix it....I have hired a programmer who is working on upgrade script as there is some problem in it. I will get back the upgrade thing and everybody will get free bonuses BUT BETTER KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING IN PUBLIC!

and btw superbird, Its 2 cents in your members area but MULTIPLE IT WITH 10 so thats 20 cents....that means you are not clicking a lot...not my fault!

I have never been rude or abusive to you in any emails sent directly, or in here, but I find your reply to be personally offensive and out of line.

If I invest money in a program I expect to be able to see that it has been taken on board and the product or service I paid for duly received. $30 may not be much to you but it sure is to me!

Your emails have been repeatedly abrupt and curt (as vouched for by Beckie of Totally Duh above) and while I understand that as a busy WM you have many emails to deal with on a daily basis surely a few manners wouldn;t be too much to ask?

Ask the other WM's on here if I am a trouble causer Keith, check my posts if you like, I am generally known by the WM's of the programs I am in as being friendly and supportive, read the TOtally Duh or BKB sections for proof of this. If you think I have been out of line by posting this topic then think again, all I have done is try to get answers, I couldn;t get them from you directly after all!

Oh dear...tut tut tut keith..are you new at this WM stuff because it certainly sounds like it..Maybe a few lessons in public relations are needed...speaking like that to members and people Cashmiles wont be going very far at all (pardon the pun)

I'm the member who was Superbird's upline.

In fairness I did not have to send several emails to Keith about one of my downline members upgrading, but saying that it certainly was not automatic. I waited a couple of weeks before emailing him to ask about the credit and he thanked me for letting him know, he credited my account a few days later. And has paid out the $9 subsequently.

I am dubious as to whether, had I not known Superbird, I'd have ever found out that a member in my downline had upgraded, but I can't speculate on that. I have to go on the facts, and the fact is he did credit and pay the bonus.

As for earnings, I find it strange that he claims to have sent out $3 in emails as I click every single link in every single email I receive (except the cheating links from other programs lol!) and there is no way I could have missed $2.90 worth of paid emails. Maybe the odd one here or there, but certainly not the number he's talking about.

The $9 dollars paid is correct for Superbird's upgrade.

I should also say that I paid for unlimited pay to clicks for a week with the reduced rate of 30% off. My advertsing lists this as 750 pay to clicks but my banner was there. This has been the only pay to click other than the search pay to click I've seen on the site so far. And the one pay to click that is there every day is worth 0.1 cents.

I personally have been disappointed with the earnings so far, as it seems others have. $30 to upgrade and 9 cents earned so far!

Perhaps if Keith has sent out $3 worth of paid emails he needs to see what's happened to them as his members haven't received them!

BTW, thanks to those who know what they r saying.....! If I sound mad...the reason is people dont seem to understand stuff...and I need to explain that everybody again and again...u shud also think of my position too..almost 60% of mails are filled with questions which are clearly explained in either FAQ or previous mails...enough said...!!

Sorry Keith, I should say that the 9 cents does translate into 90 cents with the Star membership, I forgot to make that clear (though Keith, please avoid the personal comments, I didn't accuse you of being childish, and with an IQ of 136 I can manage multiplication quite well thank you). I had asked about this when I first upgraded and he'd explained it to me then. It's a shame it doesn't automatically calculate it, perhaps you could add a reminder to the earnings page Kieth? That way you wouldn't get so many emails asking why it wasn't multiplying!

Though I definitely did not recieve any links that needed to be cut and pasted, I check all of my emails very carefully and click all of the links. If it doesn't work I cut and paste and on sites with timers (CashMiles isn't one btw) if it breaks out of the timer frame so I don't get credit I go back and do it again, pressing escape before it can jump off the timer. I'm VERY careful to get my money! I can only assume that the other mass mailer was not sending emails to me which is why I haven't been able to reach payout.

Although I did indeed get the bonus 5cents *woohoo* the referrals that i paid for are STILL missing. Add to that the fact that I haven't received any emails from Cashmiles for god only know how long and you may understand why I smell something fishy.

The only thing preventing me from resigning from this program is that I have invested $30 in it, or rather paid $30 for items that have NOT been received.
