I thought we should be doing things the other way around when it is a complaint. Send the webmaster an email or contact them on support folder, give them reasonable time to answer and if your problem is not sorted out, then complain.

yes i emailed them, the purpose i post here is to be transparent how the thing goes how they going to react if those downline still active not deleted

They said in their last email they would remove inactive & cheaters..
I lost some referrals too & went from $7.8393600000001 down to $-1.6572...
(and of course no payment)
So I still hate CAC script

An email was sent to all members letting them know that during this cashout period (which we started early) that all inactive members, obvious bogus accounts (with addresses like asfdasdfs, etc.), China & India members (prohibited members) would be removed during cashout reviews and general reviews, along with use of an anti-cheat module that we purchased for the script this month.

I also let everyone know that it may affect their downline and earnings somewhat.

Think about this folks - why would I want to remove a good member - that's what we WANT - more of them even. We are simply keeping our database clean and up to the standards that we and our advertisers require.

If you lost referrals, I can only encourage you to seek out new good referrals to take their place.

same here, so close to cashing out, downline all gone and over $2 as well

I only lost 5% of my referrals(27) & they are mainly on my level 4,5,but $8 is gone

I am sorry that you HAD Verlaine in your downline.

I will say this now, and lachlanm can back this up as well as other mods.

Verlaine is a cheat and FRAUD. They tried to scam money out of a person on this forum using the money exchange, it was only when it was noticed that it was going through an exchange program setup by GMTech that they got banned permanently from the site.


As to lost downline, if you contact the WM first before posting it is good, as seen you did that, but still wait for it to be fixed. The problem with CAC scripts is, and this is from personal observation, is that when you remove someone at a set tier, all the downline below them is also lost. I think I remember Z-Cash had this problem at one stage and the WM there had to manually fix the downline up.

Even Mail2nv had it, which is lachlanm's site, he's now installed a script to stop that from happening. Well, I think it was him, I'm in too many sites

Greenletter doesn't fix the lost downline problem

just wonder now greenletter has how many members in total since so many were deleted.

i know Verlaine was banned but he from level two even he fraud or cheating activity it will affect my level three onward.

unless is the CAC script problem as someone has stated earlier on.

He's actually stated it in a few emails he has sent out, just hasnt updated the terms and conditions on the site.

If you read about Mailfest, which is his other site you will find the details there reguarding that.

Obvuiously it is a script problem and doesn't reflect the right situation.
Give wm sometime,it is a good gptr,no body is going to remain in negative earnings and all will be fixed.
Greenletter is one of the few gptr which is way above the average one..just be patient..one guy has to look after everything...i am optimist in this scenario.

Secondly, have you contacted him about it, and if you have, have you been nice in your emails. Because when he did change it he got quite a lot of emails, including death threats from people within China.

He changed the terms when he launched Mail Fest, so it wasnt surprising that they changed to match his other site.

I have found a provider that has a patch for the CAC dowline problem when a member leaves or is deleted everything else goes with it. I will have this patch installed in the next day or 2, and hopefully this will not happen in the future. Thanks to everyone for pointing this out to me - I can't find problems without your help.

Thanks also to those that suggested top timers - everyone seems to be happy with that patch as well, so on we go. If I continue to have CAC problems I will go to CC, but I am reluctant to do that.

Yes Mail2NV had the CAC downline problem, our programmer fixed it within 30 minutes, now all downline levels are moved up

This is vital in any GPTR, otherwise members will not be truely rewarded for referals and they will feel like they lose more referals than they recieve, makes you feel like your adveritsing for nothing!!

Whether he entered China as his country or not wouldnt matter. IP's can be checked to make sure you are from the country you claim to me.

Also, by asking that question clickguy you are asking if he cheated by placing another country within his details. That is fraud and against the terms of 99.99% of the GPT sites around. Your information must be correct.

ALL businesses can change their policy to suit there needs as long as they stay within laws. All I can say is if you don't like terms being changed you mgiht not want to be in this industry, because I haven't joined a program yet that did not at one point or another change soemthing.

I think that if they changed the terms,they should pay chinese members who joined before they changed the terms
if they want to remove the chinese members ,they have to pay the chinese members before removing them( chinese members)

BTW:
If WB deleted chinese member just cos many of them don't understand english or use some cheater software, he can send some test or false email to find them and delete them ( i'm also shame of them). but i think this rule shall implemented to all member but not ban a COUNTY simply.
I think there is no difference between honest chinese membe who undstand english and Amercian member or othe conutry's member.

I think I should pipe up here - we are paying Chinese, Pakistan and India members if they are near or over cashout amounts. We do not think that it would be fair to simply delete someone who honestly clicked. I wish everyone in these countries HONESTLY clicked - unfortunately, we run about a 65% fraud ratio for these areas.
