A member who i deleted last night for attempted cheating & hacking has seem to have hacked Mail2NV.

The member database is backed up many times a day so that is not a problem. We are hoping all the paidmails, paid clicks etc. are also backedup recently though we are not so sure.

I am just waiting for the programmer to come online and tell me the latest.

No one will be able to login to Mail2NV at the moment, program owners if you could send a note on your program, something like:

Mail2NV has been victim of some hacking, everyone's account is backedup and safe, but you will not be able to login until we get the programmer to sort everything out.

The member base was backed up a few hours before it was hacked and the software managed to keep the original database intact, just not on the server.

The member will be restored very soon, and members will be able to login again.

I just don't want everyone to think they are deleted hehe

can someone tell me how people hack into systems?? (not that I'm about to do it!! might be best to PM me?? )


Do they just guess the password?? cos, how can they manage to guess a password??
