I notice PTR sites with copyrights at the bottom of them. Do you have to pay or apply for those??

Is it illegal to just put it on the site??

Also, Privacy Policies.

What are they for??

How much trouble can you get into with/without them??

Where can I get one (if I need it for my PTR)??

One more thing, hehe

Does it matter whether I allow over 13 or over 18 to join??

Thanks aq.gif

Copyrights are free in the sense that anything you create is your property. However, you can only say copyright Your Name unless you register your domain name as a business.

Privacy policies are more for your members to read and feel confident that they information is sensitive and protected. You do not necessarly need one; however I know some Advertising Agencies say you must have one to get accepted if you collect any information from your members.

As for the age, no clue.
