Snow, sorry - but I'm afraid I didn't quite understand what you are accusing Marketiva of. On the same ground PayPal is an awful company because the don't accept probably 80% of the world. Like Paypal, Marketiva is a private company and I guess they have as much right to decide who to accept, and who to leave out as anyone else for whatever reasons.
As to the other comment you made - got me lost completely there.

Does Marketiva chage 8$ to withdraw funds? It could be for their own valid reasons. However if the money can be made, I don't see any reason not to pay up the amount. I ought venture into Marketiva soon.

Yes, the withdrawal charge is $8. I don't see any problem to pay that amount if we really can earn more than that.
Note: I seldom make withdrawal. There were about 2-3 times a month. But I am happy that their withdrawal process is great!

There is no need to withdraw a lot of times, they paid me so its safe for me to deposit money and trade in Marketiva. When i need to withdraw some profits i withdraw and get the money in less than 24 hours.
E-gold deposits are good for me because paypal isnt a option for my country.

Marketiva is a great company. They always reply my E-Mails and i can talk with the support online.
They always solved my problems on time, and they always paid me when i requested the money.
The deposits are credited in the same moment you make them. They are a very respectable company for me.

Good news for marketiva users:
For E-Gold and E-Bullion withdrawal methods, Marketiva customers will pay the $7 fee only when they withdraw for the first time. All subsequent withdrawals are free of charge from now.

I don't like marketiva too much though...
first do not have confirmation box.
2nd is if you want to usng $100 to buy however as your margin only have $102 and play with eur/usd with 3 pip spread, therefore that is $3 and it will automatic margine call and you loss $3 right away. (no confirmation box)
3rd. spread too high.
4th unable to wrote personal contact infrmation on chart room
last one, is why they don't have a system that when you are in profit automatic secure the profit?????? (like within 5 pip range you should still able to closed the order in profit)
I know my trading system. was in profit, and helping others so I did not have time to check my indicator, thereofre not in profit even I know most likely will still in profit next week.

there are a lot of people glad with marketiva, not only newtraders.
I´m trading there too, and something I like they keep my longterm trading. Spread are too hight? I like them making money too, they are business.
The really important is you trade well and cash out

If you are dumb, using MACD this indicator, at less you well be in profit, if you see the lines are cross, that is sign going another way. using 30 minutes chart. this one well give you way better profit. maybe 20 pips or so

Im very happy trading with Marketiva, and never got any problem. Im trading with the for for almost 2 years, and now they removed the withdrawal fee, you only have to pay it the first time.
There are Funds for trading very similar to stock trading, its a nice way to diversify your portfolio.

And they now reduced the spread on all the currency pairs which is a great news for money saving.
Also they have introduced 3 new funds. Indiamond, Columbus, Nippon.
Indiamond got a nice rally yesterday it may seem like a good candidate.
