That looks like u have either a trojan horse or spyware on your puter that has sort of went haywire...lol.

How do I find out?

by using antitrojan software you will be able to protect yourself from watching eyes.
As you may know by now or not,antivirus isn't enough to trace it and many hackers
use actually trojans to intrude your privacy and dig info from your hard drive by sending emails containing trojans or worms you are not aware off even when you just delete the message sometimes its enough to let the trojan run into your harddrive...and later the chaeos starts..

I use Spybot already, but I would feel more comfotable using more than one type of software for combating these types of things.
