this guy got mad at me because i wouldn't buy a link on his site because of the poor quality hits, then irequested payment and he deleted my account. This is tottaly un heard of! What kind of webmaster does this. I also had a gold membership. Don't Join This Horrible Webmaster.

I've got a bad experience too with this program yesterday, but different situation.
First, this program was one of my fave, because I had many downline here (I never good for looking for downline, so I was very praud of this--before)
but the strange was..., in my downline's stats shown different amount every day. First it can shown 40 (not remember the exact amount), then days after that decreased to 20, and decreased to 9. Anddownline level 2 and 4(or 5) shown 0, and when you added every level you would get different amount with the one you saw on the total's number.
So I emailed to welk1 (the webmaster), he said that because many people hadn't verified his account, so there's shown 0 in my level 2 and 4/5. It was very strange, because I signed up under downline builder, and people need to verified their account first, so the next person below them, can follow their url.

In few days ago.., my downline's stats shown 5( level 1=1, and level 2 = 4, others = 0).I'm very curious about that,so I emailed welk1 again, asking him why and is it any possibility for the
next person below someone who signed out before, will up and fill in his/her ex-upline's position. (Because I didn't find anything mentioned that in their FAQ,terms, and privacy). And I told him, I was signed under downline builder, so if there is any possibility for continue downline, maybe he could help me fill my empty downline in level 3-6.

Iam very dissapointed for the respon. I am a newbee, so I don't know is it ussual for webmaster solve downline's problem like that? I ever asked another program for same situation, and he was very coorperative about that. I don't know..., maybe every program has their own rules...

in response to last post here,seem that your downline shrinked due to members opening more than single account,when he removes the cheaters by tracking thier ip addresses probably your downline decreased.
and no there is not much that velk can do about it.
Bottom line if you advertise and purchase say 1000 clicks,your interest is to get 1000 visitors and not 1000 clicks from same 10 or 20 ppl with multiple accounts,therefore he is just doing here job trying to keep his site and program clean of cheaters and anybody can understand that.

yes that is true he is trying, but failing miserably and pissing me off in the process. I've lost about 8 referrals and then when he delted my account i lost 10 more referrals, and the $5 gold member fee. Im ###### at this "webmaster". he is not even a webmaster, he just pays someone to run it for him because he doesn't know anything about the script!

I have never had any problems with this webmaster. I have corresponded with him and he has always been very professional.

Have you tired emailing him and asking him what is going on with your account being deleted?

Same with the downline, have you asked him? If the downline is changing because he is deleting cheaters that makes the program more fair for those of us who don't cheat.

I have found that a lot of times when there is a problem, contacting the owner or webmaster most of the time will get things set straight.

Really sorry you had a bad experience with Good Cheer. I've always had nice dealings with Welk. He's been up front, honest, and helpful. Like I posted earlier, he helped me with the downline problem. But hon, it's really hard to fix downlines. It's not really all the webmasters doing there.

Some scripts just do delete everyone down from the cheater on. Some webbies do try to fix them manually. The Mec scripts allow you to keep all but the cheaters/inactives.

Maybe having a chat with him will help.

One (-before-) which told me maybe my level 2 and 4/5 were not verified their email yet, so it shown 0 in my status. [After read your email I felt very confused, because how could they weren't verified their account because they had already own referrals. Where did they get their referral's url if they weren't verified first. But I just let it go, and thought that it would automatically be fixed by that time, so I didn't reply you back that time. ( <-- that's my fault )
Two (-yesterday-) which said that you are not responsible for any downline builders errors with cheaters

Maybe, you were sent me an email after that. Because there were times when I couldn't open my email because very busy that time. And when I opened, my email was very full of paid expired emails, so I erased them massal. Maybe yours one of them that been erased accidently. Because of that, I really sorry for not payed any attention for your email.

I'm sure a "I'm sorry, I can't afford it right now" would have been just fine. You want to make money, but so does welk.

From this conversation, it looks like this was just between the two of you, and should have stayed that way. There was no reason to start this thread. Kind of sounds that you're a little put off that he didn't want to buy something from YOU.

If you were so offended by the x-rated sites thing, just tell him. An apology would have settled that matter right then and there, and not have any need to bring it here.

As far as his site barely making it by, there's no way you'd know that unless he specifically told you...but then again, that should be between you two.

Welk runs his own site.
I'm the person he keeps referring to as his "programmer", but all I do is edit the html/php for him on his pages, and I don't charge him for it. He runs a free ad for me now and again to return the favor.
But Welk most certainly runs Good Cheer all by himself.
And he's doing a great job of it, too!

That is not the case, he knows i will make $0.00 from running an add on his site which i explained to him once i said that. My argument is that I ran an add for 1000 hits and got 0 click thurs, now is that low quality traffic? If not please tell me what is!

LOL i find it funny that half the people in here are acting like the are psychology majors or something, im not asking to analyze the situation, i posted this thread to tell you my opinions of GoodCheerClickin and my experiences with this webmaster. Not to mention the ###### went around and deleted my accounts on all other sites i was on, costing me over $10. Its funny because i had a 24 year old friend signed up and I did all searches for him and in return he made 50% cut because it was registered by him. I can't beleive that loser.

Im a huge complain about this program. I earn a lot of points now I lost all the points again. I don't know what is going on this sites. Im planning to cancel this program if they stealling my points all the time.

I got an email telling me that the points had been converted to cash again. This was the 2nd email informing me of the conversion. It pays to read the emails, some contain information.

Give the traffic some time. Its still fairly new and the counter on the page is only around 1800 members. I say give it till at least 5,000 before making any final conclusions. I got 700 clicks on my ecf page when my gold ad was sent.

I have been in goodcheer for only sometime and to test it I requested payout at around 6 cents and within 24 hours... my e-gold was credited. That makes welk cool! Planning to send some ads soon too!

I have over 100 programs that I belong to. Welk, has been by far the nicest, most accommodating and most available out of all the webmasters. He is on line 15 hours a day and answers every i m and every email i send him prompty and professionally. I think he's a doing a great job for his first site, of hopefully many.

Yep have to add my cudos in here, also. Welk helped me out greatly a while ago, and is always responsive to his members. He's a newbie LOL and wants his proggie to stay for a long time to come. And is doing his best to ensure we all do well, also.

Never come across my mind that anybody would set a complaint about Good Cheer till I read this thread today.
