If you meant Contest PTC, I think the best I've seen is BellesEmails: 1 1/2 cents every 10 clicks.

Belles also has a Weekly Click Contest with 20 winners...1st place wins $1...not bad at all!!

I win the most at cassandra's, 10c per 50 clicks(roughly win around 1 in 3)
in tesasteamails every point click is a contest click(i think). i win in tesas everyday that i click points
