Smart-E-Mails:
I have emailed Smart-E-Mails 4-5 since they switched over the script last year regarding my negative total earnings asking them to reset to 0 but no reply. They simply IGNORE me! Below is the latest one I emailed on Apr 19.

I emailed EmailsForMoney on April 10 that I wish to cashout by PayPal but can not cashout using the current email address their file. But they IGNORED. Below is what I emailed them.

I emailed kimberly on Apr 14 about my negative earnings and they ignored. I send another email reminder last weekend and still got ignored. Yesterday they send out 2 'Do not click links' emails, I accidentally clicked 1 though and realised immediately. I bet I wouldn't get a reply still if I email to let them know I clicked by mistake as kimberly send alot many emails in 1 row, can't be reading all, I did read 1 of the 2 do not click emails though. Below is what I emailed.

That's not true, I saw that email but that is NO EXCUSE, there are other ways she can answer or credit my account. You saw that kimberly has become stricter that if you clicked 3 'of those not supposed to be clicked' links, you will be deleted, so if people have some very valid reason or whatever they can't get a reply?

At least give us an email address where we can get attention/help from her such as a free web-based email at @yahoo.com to email her.

No need wait until I send a reminder then find some excuses to cover up.

Do you really think it matters which PayPal account is under your anme there?
I used to be a member in this program when it was launched long ago,
Owners just promote their own need,never paid when requested.
Keep away from all their sister/brothers programs..lol

That is right, EmailsForMoney is more concerned about making more money, he hack care about members problems. In that case, we should not help them when they have problem themselves.

I've never had any problems with the WM at Titanic Rewards, Kimberly. I've always been paid whenever reaching payout and requesting it. ae.gif She seems very honest to me, and I'm sure that she is making every effort to fix email problems... ac.gif

As for the negative emails that she's been sending lately, she sends them to prevent cheating, and the ones I've received have all been clearly marked "Do Not Click This Link" in the subject line of the emails. No tricks here - I think she's just trying to make sure that all members can clearly understand english language in order to not cheat her paying advertisers, as is a stated requirement in the programs' TOS ab.gif Also, I don't think that she's affilliated with Smart-Emails or EmailsForMoney. I can't say for sure though, as I'm not a member of either of them aa.gif

Hi FamilyAffair.

You can contact Kimberley direct at this forum by sending her a PM. For a quick response to any issues you have the best place to post is in the TitanicRewards support folder where she will definitely see and respond to your problem.

Her username is Kimberley49 (don't forget to include your TR username).

She has always replied to my e-mails and has paid me over $20. As long as you are polite, Kimberley will respond as soon as the problem she's having with her e-mailer is fixed.

Of all the programmes I belong to, I give her a 10 out of 10 rating for honesty, integrity and promptness. Whenever there is any issue which affects TitanicRewards, Kimberley always tells her members exactly what is happening. Just be a little patient and give her a fair go.

I have to agree that Kimberley is a great webmistress. I've always been paid on time and whenever I've had a problem or a question about something no matter how stupid it was she always responded promptly and courteously. I think you should give her a little more time to answer you before complaining.

Agree about Kimberley of TR, if you can't get her thru email (which must be due to a problem with her mailer as she has always answered me), post in her support folder. I'm pretty confident you'll hear from her.

If you had actually READ the emails emails Kimberley has sent...there have been quite a few that told you she can get emails to the site but can't get to them...so how could she know you had emailed her? and as for you clicking the negative link....why'd ya even open it? Kimberley is GREAT--she paid me last month and I didn't even realize I was even close to payout aa.gif so don't blame anyone but YOURSELF for being silly enough to click that link ad.gif

As usual FA is grumbling.......If he had been reading his e-mails he/she would have known!

You obviously do not read the e-mails often, not including the do not click one.

It is members like FA that drive WM up the wall...lol.
