It is kind of nervy to shut your autosurf site down, refuse to pay the members, then come back 5-6 months later, with a new autosurf site, using the same name, as the old one. Different graphics, but the same DadnDaves.

After shuting his site shut down, for 6 weeks, due to the SP fiesco, he then placed a note on his site home page, stating that he was closing. To me that statement, the non-payment and the inability to access the site, led me to believe that he had closed. He may have re-opened, but I couldn't access the site, so I was unaware of that. It is ironic that the site that he blames for his problems on( he was very vocal about that) is the site that, in the last week, he has been advertising on.

I don't think Dadndaves did shut down his site before. He disabled earning for 1 month (in Feb/Mar) after the SP's problem. After that he enabled earning again and allow registeration of new members. I have been a member since Nov 05. My last payment was in May 06. The payments are a bit late but he always try to pay members.
I don't understand why you cannot access the old Dadndaves site, I surf daily.

Well, I quess, if he didn't close, it makes it worse, that he didn't pay me. I'm glad you've been paid, I really am, but, that still leaves him owing me. He must have paid chosen accounts.

Dadndave went "private" for a while, not being open to the signup of new members. Not long after he reopened to new members he claimed to be hacked twice while "Trish" who seems to be the main cog of the site now gave advice on how not to be hacked !!.

They then admitted to having a cash flow problem and said they would only pay those who were owed $3500 or more Now talk about nerve, that was nervy.

Now appears the new site 12by12daily based on the model of 12dailypro with the admition that it will be used to pay off Dnd members.

Yes I agree the design of that site is cheap (some even have wondered if it is the real dadndave involved although it look as if it is. My advice is STAY AWAY from this new site. If he's using it to pay out dnd then how will he pay 12by12 members.

My guess is there are few getting this $3500/mo, no doubt dave and his "dad" at the top, he will fleece as much as he can and disappear with your $$$

He never said he was only going to pay people who were owed $3500 or more. He said those people would come first. Still, not fair to the others, but just correcting ur untrue statement.

Well, I hope the members that he owes $3500.00 to, don't hold their breath, because we will have to do CPR to revive them, if they do. In other words, folks, DadnDaves is not going to pay. How many $3500.00 can he pay? All his time and effort, now, will go into this new site and he won't worry about the members that belonged to the old site that was HACKED into. That untruth has been used too many times already. I wonder how long it will be before this site is hacked into?

I'm very glad for them, but it still stands, that I haven't been paid, therefore, I have been cheated out of my payment.

Not trying to be snarky, but Dave never said he was using 12by12 to pay DnD's members, what he actually said was that he would be using his profits from 12by12 to pay DnD's members. IMHO, what the man does with his profit is none of my business!
Secondly, he never closed DnD's, although as someone else mentioned he did go private for a bit. He has honored upgrades that members had made with StormPay and PayPal, even though he knew he would never see the money from those processors. Dave Canard is one of the most respected men in the autosurf industry, because of his honesty and integrity. What else could have accounted for the thousands of people who joined his new program in the first 24 hours?
Now I guess if I felt I was cheated out of money earned by any program, I'd be a little too, but I'd be contacting the admin on a daily basis until it was resolved.
Just my 2? worth.

A person who requested on May 20th just got paid the other day, so you should be getting close then.
