Script Exchange Complaint Guidelines

All Script Exchange Complaints should be posted in this folder only. Please read the Guidelines below before posting your complaint.

Transaction Complaints

If a transaction has not gone as it should have, please send a tracked PM to the member first before posting here. If 48 hours have passed since sending the PM and you have still not received a reply then please post a new topic with your complaint in this folder.

Please include the following details in your post ~
  1. The members username
  2. A brief description of the complaint
  3. A link to the topic
  4. Details of PM(s) sent; dates, read / unread
An Exchange Moderator will look at your complaint and contact the member concerned via a Tracked PM to direct them to your thread and will post a reply to confirm that the Tracked PM has been sent. The member will have 7 days from the date of the Exchange Moderators Tracked PM to respond in the thread. If the member fails to resolve the complaint a Warning will be issued to them and their post count reduced accordingly as per The Script Exchange Rules.

Members who have nothing to do with the complaint are advised to refrain from posting in the thread unless they are providing information relevant to the complaint.
