Why???

As a webmaster I feel I have an obligation to my members to protect thier interests. And I would feel like a THEIF taking there money to promote a site that is so unstable and where the webmistress takes to thier members like dirt.

In the previous threads on fill my account I had posted many things......and you reponded to EVERYONE but me and completely ignored my post or did not address the issues I had posted.

Not to mention I know for a 100% fact my account WAS there after the site was all switched and fixed and it mysterious disappeared.

Now I also have your email you sent to members!!





So any ADULT person would email the webmaster ....being ME in this case and ask why??????

So if stooping is looking out for my members.....YES I AM GUILTY as CHARGED

If you had read in my posts in the thread you would of seen where I said I was doing this and why.

Now if your little informant gave you all the information..... I said UNTIL FILLMYACCOUNT cleaned up its ACT!!

Now I have a mailbox full of messages FROM members on the way you treated them! Some as recent as yesterday.

I also have LOTS saying "THANK YOU" someone had to take a stand against people who treat there members as you do.

And I am not the ONLY one who banned you....many did.

So If you have an issue feel free To POST away....I will be happy to answer all your points.

and to save you another rant to your members I also own CashWage, E-mailValue, SizzleClicks and TyliaPays

So when you decide whatever pay back you feel is necessary...Make sure you have those on your list too....

i am sure i am not the only one with little time to sit and click (and read) links all day long, so if i have someone to help me steer clear of the timewaster ones, i say go for it!!!!!

as for whether it is legal to make people aware of such sites, i think as long as there is evidence and it is presented clearly.....do so!!!

I do agree, however, that if one is known to either be a cheat or liar in a program, it should come to light as to warn others before they join. I don't have anything against Dana or anyone else banning this "person's" programs. It's a waste of people's hard earned money to promote a program such as this in all good faith.

Dana is losing money here folks, and so are other webmasters who ban certain programs, but it shows they ARE caring, honest, decent webbies...and they do want what's best for their members. Hey, they take that chance the advertiser will get ###### off and go somewhere else.

Each of us ultimately have to judge from our own experiences with these people, but with the amount of crap this Evelyn has spewed out for us all to see.....well, come on now.

Anyway, let's hope she does clean up her act, and start behaving as an adult/business person SOON so I can drink my coffee in peace.

I'm so glad you banned advertising for her programs !! There are tons of threads not only here, but at other forums, that show not only what kind of person ET is, but what kind of program owner. She's rude, insulting, arrogant and totally inept.. not to mention the fact that many members have said that she is less than truthful.

Legal ramifications.. as long as you tell the truth, there's no problem. ET seems to be the only one who has trouble with that concept.

I have read many post about fill my account from the beginning when Evelyn sent an email to a member that was down right uncalled for and not very business wise. I was a member there and did receive her first few emails and I did not care for them. I did receive my payment from the old webmistress to paypal so as far as I was concerned she had kept to her word. But I do not feel Evelyn is very good at business no matter how much experience she has or programs. You do not treat members wrong they are the same as customers in business eventually they don't come back. I belong to many programs and have not seen one fill my account ad. If she does not know z-cash then she definately does not do much business or on the web. Z-cash is listed everywhere. She will not ban zcash ad not because she will not stoop to their level it's because she has so little ads to run anymore. She doesn't get it no matter what any one says even if it was one bad day or email she has ruined her rep and programs. People still may join but like all the others they may wait to get paid and get out or they may read these post and quit but eventually that site will go down not to mention the other's she has.

I am very proud of the programs that I belong to that have banned her ads and will continue to support these programs. Member's support these programs when we have an owner that takes care of us we do the same for them.

It doesn't matter what Evelyn does anymore or has to say no one will place an ad if there are no members. I don't think she'll ever understand what she did.

i would also like to urge anyone who sees and ad for fillmyaccounts anywhere to email the owner of the program and tell them politely that they might want to look into her business practices. i know one i am emailing today is hippiechicks as i saw a banner in the ptc for it.

Well being new to the paid to read e mail program i am truelly glad there is someone to watch out for me & my account..
If some one has to be dishonest than i say yes get rid of them especially if they were warned "to get their act together"..doesnt sound like you did the wrong thing..sounds like she was more of a problem child than it was worth...

I can say for sure that Dana has been nothing but honest in her perograms and a great webmistress and I do wish so many more were like her. I do know a few but there are still some out there that really bite. I can say for sure that I did not get to read the notice in time about the changeover and when I did get to read it all I emailed her right away and told her what was going on and that I could send her any and info she needed on my account and never got any reply back. I let her know that I got the call that my dad was taken to the hospital and I just dropped everything and went. Sorry but to take time out to put all my programs on vacation was not my 1st priority. Besides I got the call before she had even sent those emails in the first place and didn`t return until after. And then to find out that I had not only lost over 100 referrals and my money which I had already redeemed and was waiting payment on and never received and my whole account. This did make me a little upset. Now she has clearly stated that she had everyones accounts and info in these forums, so please someone explain to me why I would have to resign up if she already had it. I don`t pretend to be smart enough to understand how all this works but I am smart enough to know that all I had worked hard for and spent my money on to promote is gone. So I for one am not going to rejoin just to work for someone else tokeep my money when I can be with webmasters/webmistresses that I do trust fully and have my upmost concern in mind. Everyone has their own choices to make; this I do agree with.

Hi I am Evelyn - not Evelyn Turner but Evelyn Tan from Singapore. I noticed that some people may have got us confused/mixed up as we have got the same initials. I personally owned IncentiveMails and MonthlyCash and I have seen some posts around - enough for me to speak up

I feel that many of you are just ranting on and encouranging what some have started without actually experiencing the situation yourself. I feel that you are being unfair to be judging someone just based on what some people may have said. I have a friend who is a friend of Evelyn Turner and she really seems a nice person! I think that what had happened at FillMyAccount is not really something she wanted to happen. Owners and members of GPTR programs, I believed that most of you have seen how venerable our databases are and may fail if our webhost suddenly have problems with their hard disk or something similar. Sometimes please don't blame the webmaster if the database became corrupted caused no one wanted that to happen! Although I try to make it a habit to back up my databases like twice a week, I am also worried that the files may get corrupted - come on PCs are not really such reliable creatures LOL

Do you know that I joined some search programs and then suddenly I lose my account or my account gets ''disabled''? I am not paying people to search and saying "Please search to get 1 cent" or similar statements so that does not break the rules for "incentivzing" (or whatever you call it) but all the same I lose my account and money! (But being a busy person, I did not go around slamming them, people will figure out if they are reliable or not in the long run - I decide)

Well all I can say about that is incentivizing is paying people to search PERIOD be it points cash etc and the wording has nothing to do with it....I personally could care less what you put for wording....if someone gets $$ or points to click and search for you its incentivizing

I own several get paid sites.......and have lost a database before as well......and MADE It up to my members.....!!

I tried address Eveyln MYSELF and even added pages to her site at the beginning and she will not address people concerns.

And the whole truth is not quite out........Just because members are not familiar with scripts and databases and such.....doesnt mean you can treat them like IDIOTS.

I can not believe SAZGAL would post this we were the members of Fill my account and we did experience it and received the emails. Programs going down is one thing nasty emails is another.

The Only Thing I can say to Dana, is You Go Girl! Thank-you for letting us know when programs are not quite right, and to watch our assets. And as others have mentioned, delete if you are not happy. I do it all the time... I get tired of waiting for paid emails and dead programs... Yes, FillMyAccount changed FAR TOO MUCH for just about anybody's liking. $15 payout is too much when it was a no minimum website. To top it off, I've checked the majority of her other websites, and this is the only one I've noticed that she is charging 50 cents for ALL ELECTRONIC transfers... That's when I'd had enough. It cost's NOTHING to send or just $1 to mass payout so why should members have to pay to get paid? If 100 members are paid via mass payout, she gets $49 profit (this is with PayPal). Now, $49 profit is ALOT!! If paid ads etc. cannot pay the bills, give yourself a salary, then why should members bear that responsibility? Enough said... There are far to many great programs out there to "zone-in" on a very small part of the GPTRE organization. Yes we are angry, but life goes on...Tomorrow it'll be somebody else. It's just that way, especially online... Not that I have symphathy or emphathy for this situation (yes I took a loss, but the loss outweighed whatever gain I would have received) It probably won't be a short lived rememberance by any means...LOL Have a great one, ya'all!

the members have been upset not because all the problems that happened to that program but simply because the wm treated them like they are cheaters or something like this

i'm member of many programs and all of them have problems at some part of their history, but you will never see a complaint on the back of some wms because they respect their members and if we can see that the wm try his best to find a way to resolve the problem or to compensate the lost of members we dont complaint

i'm not a member of Fillmyaccount, but from what i read on forums, its obvious to me that this wm doesnt give the respect to the members, so she is blamed not for the problems but for the way she try to resolve them

I for one agree, I am also glad someone is watching out for us. Many of us are new at this type of thing and there have been many programs out there that have taken advantage of members. I am now in several Get paid programs and most of them I have joined through the emails that have been sent to me through the programs. There are some awesome programs out there, but I have always been worried to join them. Then I found a couple and when I joined I felt comfortable with the owners and joined some programs that they are in or own.
I have never been in Evelyn's get paid programs but to be honest I don't want to set myself up for a fall either if many have had problems getting paid or losing accounts. JMHO

made to answer for it one way or another. I think all of her programs should
be banned from all reputible programs. Dana, I agree with you 100%, especially since I got screwed over by her. To bad we can't reach every one that may fall prey to her.

ALL of Evelyn Turner's programs as well as Rich mails and actually quite a few more too many to list are banned from my site...

I am also not a big fan of MLM either.


If i don't hear of members being PAID for MLM or programs with high payout mins I do not usually accept them.

I was burned bad by 1stProfit, had hundreds of referrals and almost reached payout when all accounts "mysteriously disappeared"!

I don't think you know the whole story,fillmyaccount was a no minium payout site and then when evelyn took over she made it a $15.00 payout and with a lame excuse that paypal only allows payments of no less than $5.00 which is a lie because I have received payments of .01 cent from webmasters. Then she deleted all of her members and then you had to resign up again. OH! YEAH she seems like a real nice person to me. WHAT A JOKE!!

ok, to Evelyn Tan, i believe most of us DID experience the crap at fillmyaccount, and the people who didn't, maybe you shouldn't always go by what someone tells you , but when 9 out of 10 people say "this webmistress is a RIP" i'd say you have a right to believe it. she cares nothing about her members, and can't handle running the sites. when you get hardly any e-mails from a site, then when you DO get them, quite often they are telling everyone to quit whining, that doesn't make you feel too secure about the site you've joined. and the fact that many of us had once recomended this site, and she thanks us like this?! is she forgetting that *WE* are the reason she has that site. if she has 0 members, who is going to buy advertising from her?? i back dana up 100% on this. :/

Why anyone would be MAD at Dana banning advertising for ANY site that she sees as a scam, as offensive, as anything but GOOD for members is beyond me.

If anything, we should THANK people like Dana that take the stand against crooks, someone that is looking out for her members.

And should Evelyn and Evelyn's pals be offended? Hey, free country, go ahead and be mad but know that if someone has taken such a drastic stand against promoting/advertising a website (and therefore chosing to LOSE AD REVENUE by not allowing those ads) there MUST BE SOMETHING TO THE CLAIMS.

Pick a cliche, any cliche... "Where there's smoke there's fire" seems to fit the situation and if Evelyn hasn't screwed people, let her step up to the plate and prove it, show that all of these complaints are what, a grand conspiracy?

I was one of the first to complain about this program...but a select few
as it now comes out were getting all the referrals and the same select few were getting paid and NOW that they aren't getting paid they want to whine.

Lets not forget Vicky is the culprit here and this is not the first time she has opened a program and bled it dry then dumped it debt included

Tell me why hasen't there been a lynch mob set up for her as she will surely do it again..

You did the same thing to Colleen when she bought paidmailINC and she has slowly turned that program around.

Dana is only doing what we asked her to. Frankly, Z-Cash is one of the best programs I belong to. FillMyAccount was not and continued to spam me well after I quit.

Dang... I sure hate seeing Click Buxx's name in her list of programs. For those that don't know, I'm the previous owner of Click Buxx. I sold the program only because I couldn't do it justice due to an injury. I was promised my members would be taken care of. Several of them have emailed me saying they purchased ads and/or referrals from Evelyn thru auctions and have not received what they paid for. I'm so sorry yall... I really thought I was doing the right thing. I see that some people are getting paid within a few hours of payout request... others aren't. I'm not sure how a webmaster picks and chooses who they'll pay and who they won't but I hope it's all just a big case of too much too soon and that it'll all get straightened out soon. I won't hold my breath.

i find this a bit unfair. when colleen took over paidmail inc she did not become nasty to members. she actually came here to gpf because she was so upset about the hate mail. she was ready to shut her doors and give up. she was in tears. she came here for support from members not to rag us out. we gave her that support whole heartedly. when evelyn came here it was not to ask for understanding and support. she went on an all out tyrannical run on members. did she read any of the posts begging her to explain? no she didn't she only posted back to the ones who were very upset. so comparing the two situations is not accurate. also collen has assumed the old debts of paidmailinc. she didn't say oh well that's vickic's problem like evelyn did. she accepted that she got took and had bought a sorry site but has slowly turned it around.

as for a select few who were getting all the referrals that is quite a crack as evelyn had shown that vicki was stealing the gold member rotation referrals. i don't think any of the members complaining have anything to do with that. i know i had a very large downline and none of it was from shady dealings but from the hard working downline bulders here at gpf. as for not getting paid it was never about the money for me at all. i was outraged at the calling of complaining members cheaters. if it was about the money i would have talked to zfreaky one of evelyn's good friends about the deal that was offered to me. he posted that right in the gptboycott thread asking me to pm him about it. so to say it's a few is wrong and it isn't about the money.

as for webmasters taking a stand like dana well hooray for strong people with guts to do it. i know there are many more webmasters remaining silent on this but that in fact support the boycott of all evelyn's proigrams. people are reporting her to ebay that she didn't come through with the auction sales of ads and referrals. so dana and randy all have my support in this.
