The Pending Payouts system works in several ways.
1.. Cashout requests from members automatically get placed in a 'pending'
status
2.. A new admin page is added where you can generate a list of all expired
upgrades, and move them to the pending status
3.. A new feature is added to your admin menu for payouts. This page lists
all pending status member upgrades and you can choose to set the payment to
the 'paid' status (and update the database accordingly), or with a separate
button be taken directly to an Egold payment page to make the payment
automatically
