I'm glad you have shown an interest in this project. As far as fees go, I've got a lot of that worked out. Here is my fee guideline, let me know (I am assuming you are experienced with this), if I missed anything please.


Web Hosting: $10 a year for unlimited everything (My best friend owns the company, gives huge discounts)
Scripts: FREE-$20 (My friend has an awesome script he's going to "share" with me)
Domain Name: $7 a year at GoDaddy.com
Webmaster: I am a webmaster as a hobby, although I do not write scripts
Advertising: Word of mouth, basic banner advertisements, banner exchange, and of course other ways


If I missed anything, let me know please. So basically.. it would cost about $40 to create this, and about $40 a year or more (If we choose to do something else, upgrade, or whatever) to maintain
