I'm looking for the best PTR Programs that have the following Criteria:

1- A solid PTR program, that pays out on time.
2- Has a solid downline program in place 1-6+ levels.
3- Pay out a decent amount, at least 1/2 cent per email.

I'm looking for PTR programs that are easy to use and understand. Also what are the best methods to use for building a strong, solid downline?

Basically, I am trying to develop a PTR system that takes maybe an hour a day, and can earn $200-300 a month with a decent downline in place(I'm shooting for 3-6 months for building the downline).

Any help would be great. Thanks.

LoverMails has paid me fast, has .05 emails, and has 5 levels. It has been a good site to get a downline for me.

CashDelight is a stable program....been around for almost 3 years and has a very concientious PO....has 5 referral levels with very good referral percentages.

However, you never know when the PO may change those levels. I'm starting to see another trend of PO's switching to one referral level in order to comply with PayPal's TOS.

1cemail is good too.all 1cent solo and pays within 24 hrs.

usa-can-mails and greywolfsearch is all good and paying.0.5cent to 1 cent mails.
plus a lot of PTCs.
