So the first thing I asked myself, why can I only host these pages on hostgator ?
Well, I figured it out.
The link that was provided in this mail ( http://host-gator.net ) is not the real url for this hosting provider ( http://hostgator.com )
host-gator.net is his own domain that redirects to hostgator.com ( with his affiliate link ).
This guy is not making thousands of dollar with google adsense.
He is making thousands of dollars with hostgator's affiliate program !
