Has anyone tried to make contact with CashRead. I have emailed them like five times from two different e-mail addresses, but with no luck. I am trying to get an ad redemption. I have also tried their "Contact Us" page. Anyone having the same trouble?

Maybe I'm doing the Ad Redemption thing wrong?!?!

I have contacted them and received a reply.

To redeem for advertising, you have to click the "redeem" button in your account once the new month starts. They told me they have only 70 or so of those redemptions available each month, so I had to hurry. However, I have never seen the button there yet....
