I have been clicking and clicking on point mails thinking that eventually all those 10 point ads would add up to 1000 points so I could get a free ad.

I just read an email announcing that it is now 3000 points to redeem for an ad (to save bandwidth). I do not normally curse but this announcement brought a couple of choice words to me.

Let's see, 3000 divided by 10 = 300 clicks for a paid ad. If the links were worth $.001 (which is a pretty cheap click) it would make the "redeemed ad" valued at $3.

I guess that's fair but it sure smarts.

Yeah I've got to say I wasn't thrilled about the change either because I have been racking up some good advertising with redeeming the 1000 points. Now it's gonna take alot longer to get 3000 points to redeem for an ad and I noticed since the change no one is advertising now plus she said not only does it have to be 3000 points to redeem for an ad but the ad value will go from a 10 point ad to a 5 point ad. At that rate it will take a very long time to get enough points for an ad.
