I don't know if this is suppose written in here (complaints) or not...but I really desperate now...

I'm a member of that program (paid 2 click 'n surf) and become their gold member too.
My account was reach $7.5 (minimum general member's cash out, for gold memeber = $5)...so I'd like to cash my earnings out.

base on their FAQ, I should looking the redemption option that appear in my account area, after submitting my redemption request, they will validate my account

I tried to follow their path for request payment. I didn't find any button to request payment except "Visit Our Redemption Page" button...so I clicked on that...and they didn't mentioned anything in there about how or what should I do/click to request my earnings... They just mentioned that they offer members the opportunity to redeem their points or cash earned by order:

Paid E-Mail Ad sent to the membership, or
Banner Advertising, or
Paid2Click Banner Advertising

And for that...they didn't give any button to redeem for adv too....(maybe because their amount above $8)...but I don't care...because I don't need any advertising...I joined that program because I need real cash...and I think I deserve it.

I'd already emailed the WB couple days ago...but there is no answer for that.

can you (anybody) suggest me....what should I do next? Or...anybody in this forum (who had be their member too, did you have problem too to request ur payment in this program ?

I'm getting a lot of mails from wm who are
complaining about people clicking the
redemption button when they don't have enough
to cash out. Seems they are pretty hot up about
it.

Shouldn't the script just catch that and say something
like "sorry"....no need to delete people over it.
