My ip appears to be blocked at Taters for no reason.

taters loads fine for a friend of mine but when I try to load it I get Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at tatersptr.com. As I am a member promoting your ptp I am a little unhappy here.

My IP is 216.228.168.46 and I live in Bend, Oregon. I know some PO's assume that all IPs beginning with 216 are chinese IPs, but I can assure you that my ISP is Bend Broadband and has been for quite a few years now
