I tried to email them by admin@surfincash.com it later it bounced back to me as a hotmail Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

the site seem dead those invested accounts are not updated for weeks. Also not getting any email from them.

Same here, site not accessible, no contact from them in weeks and the webmaster seems to have disappeared! It ain't looking good....
