This is fair warning to anyone that has joined or plans to join this PTR. The owner is a known cheater in the Paid Email industry and I'm sure plenty of webmasters here can back that up! I've deleted dozens of his accounts in my programs. Not only that, he has a cheat website and and sells information on how to cheat programs. When this first came to light I wrote StormPay and E-Gold about it. StormPay suspended his account and last I heard E-Gold was investigating.
If you intend to stay a member or join this program for some reason, I highly recommend you use a different password (as you should in ALL programs) because he likes to hack accounts.

This is his only program. It hasn't launched just yet as it looks like the site is not ready; but it is hosted and up. He has a website where he sells his cheat instructions. I'll have to go dig it out.

Everyone join HIS program using fake information (get creative - use your phonebook for different names [heck - use some of HIS if you have them]and maps of the US and Europe for different city names), addresses that bounce email (like one at Hotmail or Yahoo!), use his own CHEAT technique against him, then on a given date EVERYONE cancel membership at the same time, and watch his MEMBER COUNT number go to the floor. Why?
10) the image of him trying to personally verify each and every incoming member has me smiling allready
9) the guy has to learn a lesson about cheating SOMEHOW
8) using local phone book helps us get to know names of our neighbors
7) using map of US is a good geography lesson
6) ditto using map of Europe
5) you can relearn where all the letters are on your keyboard, coming up with different usernames and passwords

Rob I can verify that Amiya and Dharja are one and the same person. I have emails of this person back when they posted on this forum on how to cheat, this resulted them in being banned on this forum. If you wish to see these emails let me know via pm and I'll forward them to you.
