As you can see my account is in the red due to 2 payouts via paypal. Only problem is I only asked for and only recieved 1. I have e-mailed the webmaster 3 times over the past 3 months with no reply and no action to fix my account.

I've had that problem with him in the beginning. I was accused of redeeming for one payment twice, was told not to do it again and to top it off the payment wasn't even received until days and days of having to show the "nasty" side of me. Good luck!
