After I spent a BUNCH of time and effort and promoted this program, I was asked to give him a nice testemonial about his program - which I did. Now when it comes time to get paid what I am owed, I sent an email asking where my money is - I WAS CALLED A CHEAT! Yeah, right... Here's a copy of the mail that was sent to me:

"No i wasn't but guess what about 80% of your referrals are not even real! I don't know where u got them from. and if u get them from yor program then guess u have alot of cheaters... I cant say for sure that ure but I can't pay out until I make sure that all the fake addresses are gone and u harrislandsburg@yahoo and one other are the only ones that has these fake addresses in there downlines,,, p;lease explain!
It was't u that I was refering too .. but like i said until I get all the cheaters that I can find out of the program NO BODY is getting paid! Sorry but if u run your program where u pay out even if they have over 200 fake members in there downlines, then u go for it! noone else has as many fake ids nad stuff like this and I will not pay out intil I get to the head of it1 Sorry!

Thing is, I saw the adverts from Greenletter for the site, so coming out and calling the advertising of the site a cheater when there are those who signed up under them are the actual cheats, then refusing to pay them out because of this. That screams PaidBizScam all over again.

You cant blame the person who advertised for the people who sign up under them. As Hyper said in the other thread, they closed the login side down to force people to send emails to them asking what was going on. You dont do that, doing that causes all sorts of problems. Nor can you work off the IP, since proxies do get used and many people can have the same IP. I have devised a way around that, I got a few WM's pm'ing me about it, but a lot didnt. I have even made the suggestion to lgwong on here for things related to it.

Ok everyone u can call me a scam all that u want if it make u feel better but there's one thing... I have proof that you have cheated.. I have the records that show u were the relerral of over 180 member ids that were bogus! i can show them too.. tell me how is the that someone can gain over 200 referrals in less than 3 weeks time in the 1 tier ? there were 3 or 4 main addresses that were being watched and I hated to think that u were one of them... I hate to tell ya this but i know alot for fantanstic sells ppl that cant do alll that and most of the addresses under u were from alias email accounts... Like i said I can show the the raw files from the database where u are the refering member of over 200 members in the past 2 1/2 weeks .. u and I have already went thru this before I let it go.. but now I can't... Ihad to delete over 400 members because between u and 2 or three other IDs (that was all that came up with these bogus IDs) tell me how can u sit there and explain that away.. I have other members that runs ads where u do also and they dont have almost 200 fake members sign up under them... oh I wasn't begging fpor donations I put another option up for the ones that had asked me where could they help out the site without searching ... get your facts straight...
Besides no matter who u talk too or lie too rather, their are those out there that are honest and has alot more influence than u do that will back u in a corner about me being scam... besides the members that were due payouts and who wanted them have all gotten paid..

You not heard of good advertising, jeeze I know people on here that can get near 200 GOOD referrals in THREE DAYS

I'm not a member of this site, but by the sound of things, I'm glad.

It seems to me you don't like people having large downlines? Then why are you in the business?

I wouldn't mind seeing the list of bogus referrals.

I wouldn't imagine it uncommon at ALL that a WM of another program gained that many referrals in a 3 week period. In that many referrals, there are bound to be one or two or three oddball accounts.

What do you mean, Hyper, by "alias emails"? Did they bounce? Are the unconfirmed? Are they all from the same IP (except you can't include AOL in that). Did they all click on the exact same links around the exact same time?

I wholeheartedly support WM removing cheaters from programs, but I for one am getting tired of hearing the "cheating story" without seeing the support for it.

Post it out here for all to see -- if they're cheaters, best expose the addresses and names so all can be aware. Conversely, be prepared for the onslaught if you've been overzealous. ANd I don't think the privacy argument should apply either -- they've been labeled cheaters and therefore forfeit that protection. Actually, by posting the information, you're doing everyone a big favor -- you're helping other webmasters fight fraud, and you're supporting your claims with hard evidenvce.

You know Hyper, some reason I dont believe the responce you gave here.

As to others advertising your site on Greenletter, maybe they didnt get the referals because the WM had already advertised and gotten referals.

As to getting 200 in less than 3 weeks, it's quite easy to get them in such a short time. ######, I managed to get OVER 50 Tier 1 referals in the space of 12 hours. I'm not going to say what site that was with either. I got them because I got the ad out quickly for that site through another site. Infact I hit 3 sites with it. I got lucky, 3 hours after my ad went out another went out for that same place with a different referal.

I think you are going on IP's. I dont think there are any bogus email addresses since bogus email addresses would mean that the person could NOT sign up.

As to having 3 or 4 main addresses being watched. Know what, I dont think you trust WM's. If you do NOT want WM's signing up for your site then post that. Unfortuant thing is you cant stop WM's from signing up for your site for just one reason. You dont know who they are.

So you are being called out Hyper. Post all the bogus email addresses here for all to see, post the signup IPs for all to see.

I have seen TWO complaints reguarind your site on here of late, one from a nonWM the other from WM.


PS: Or pm me and I can give you an email address to send them to, I can then go over them confidentially between you and myself and inform you of which ones are suspicious and which ones arent. I am quite trustworthy in this manner and have helped out mods on here, and have helped out other WM's.

Actually you cant go on IP's alone anymore. Sometimes you might get behind a proxy IP and not know it. Specially since there are a lot of scripts that can add and change things on your browser.

AOL isnt the only one that uses a proxy, my main ISP does (I use two ISPs).

The only way of getting someone's TRUE IP is by either seeing that IP of their's on a ICQ connection, seeing it on IRC, or finding it in the email headers.


But I have to agree with you with the cheating side. IF a WM cant prove it why claim the cheats. I am thinking it's more likely she found she had other WM's in her program and didnt like it so is using that cheating story as an excuse to get rid of them. It doesnt wash with me either.


PS: As to unconfirmed, they should NOT show up within the downline of the person UNTIL they have been confirmed. And as to bouncing emails, that could be the fault of the person that put the email address in, or it could be the result of a full email box, they do get full rather quickly when people join GPTR's

How can I get 200 referrals in 3 weeks? For one thing - it was a total of SIX weeks, for another, I own t PTR/PTC's with 11,000+ members total - and I promoted the site for Hyper - I cant beleive you have the GUTS to call me a cheat.

Tell the truth - you cant afford to pay your members, so you call everyone cheats. Why are you begging members for "donations" to help YOUR site? You are supposed to earn your money and pay your members. Why did I pay out well over $1,000+ to members last month and still make a profit? Must be because I am a "cheat" right?

No, the fact is I know how to run a PTR and you don't. Calling people cheats is not a very good way to save money. If you asked and said "I'm kinda broke, can u wait a month?" I would have said fine - but you didnt - you are doing everything you can to avoid paying me, and then lying to the members here a GPT forum!

Do the right thing, pay me and I will tell everyone that you did the right thing and you are an honerable webmaster. Keep up these tricks and lies and it will get you nothing but a bad reputation.

Looks like 'ole Hyper has a BUNCH of email aliases LOL!

Not only w/m`s can build a downline fast, some people will pay for their downlines, exaMple: have you never seen get payed to join? the member will get any where from .05 to 1.00 to join a program that a member payed the w/m to send to their members. If the members dont belong to it and they check out the site and like it they can then join and get payed to do it, that can bring in a lot of referals in a short amount of time. Just my .02 cents

Which is a load of bull as I was one of the people in the direct downline (after following the link in the greenletter PTC section)... and my account seems to have been frozen too... this is despite me emailing and asking nicely to have my account fixed, and even requesting to be put in someone else's downline if the webmaster felt that my referrer was a cheat.
I got no response and no help whatsoever.
My account was also frozen about a week after I initially joined. When I emailed the webmaster about it, I got no reply then either... I put it down to some kind of database crash and decided to try again, but it seems my efforts have been wasted.

I won't be going for 3rd time lucky.
The webmaster is too rude to their members. At the very least, I would expect an email saying "sorry I'm not fixing your account because I think you're a fake", at least then I'd know not to bother...

... and they have the nerve to keep sending me "paid" emails from their site.... even though it seems I'm not a member any more....

I will also let people know that this is currently being looked into, so be patient. I have also spoken to Hyper in pm and she is far from rude. She wants to get this matter fixed as soon as possible, as does everyone in question. So again please be patient, getting hot headed over nothing aint going to do anyone good, it only flares the situation more.

I'm sorry, but Hyper calling me a CHEAT is definately RUDE. If Hyper wants to play in this game she needs to know that not everyone is a "Cheat" especially when there is a post above from someone that I "Cheated" to get in my downline. Maybe Hyper should do the right thing and RESTORE my account and my earnings and PAY me. I would be willing to call it even, and continue to promote her site, if she understands how to be a good PTR webmaster.

I'd like to add some comments here.

I am also locked out dollars4email and have been waiting for a cashout from the beginning of the month. I am also an Elite (Gold) member of the GPTR program.

I don't have as many referrals as greenletter, but have been promoting it on many sites and have under 50 1st level referrals. 2nd, 3rd, 4th levels would make it much more.

I have been paid once from them in a timely manner without any issue. For one week I was the only banner in the paid to click section.

The last response I received from Hyper was Sat 4/12. The last email request to find out what is going on was Tue 4/15, so the issue is not yet overdue and will give some time to sort things out.

From greenletters 1st post in this thread I would be the person @yahoo, but my name is mis-spelled and I am not at yahoo. But I reserve judgment until I get a response and able to get back into the program. (And...I was just about to purchase some ads after sending my April Elite ad...)

Luckily (?) I was not heavily promoting the site for the past 2 weeks as I went on to other campaigns otherwise I would be really ######.

Common Hyper - post these supposed cheats - everyone knows that the only cheat is running your program - post the "cheats" or Pay me what you owe me - a lousy $26.00 - is it really worth it to you?? Let's see those "cheats" that I referred into your program - I've already gotten 5 PM's from members that joined using my links - common Hyper - do the right thing - or can't you?

I got an email from Hyper on the 17th saying my account was being reinstated (after I emailed to say I was a proper user not a fake), and that it would be taken care of immediately... BUT I still don't have my account fixed...
I just emailed again to see if it'll get fixed or not, guess I have to wait and see how things turn out

What's going on Hyper? Post those "cheat" accounts or Payout and reinstate - do the right thing...

Thanks for letting people know that I paid you. I pay the first week of each month. Hyper still has me on an active account. I have another webmaster who claims that I cheated when I cashed out, but will not provide addresses. If you are a member on this list from Hyper please contact me as soon as possible. I will compensate you for your time, but this lady has a ton of guts calling me a cheater. I will leave the name of the other program that obviously read this post and then cheated me out of my earnings there in the dark for now.

All I can say is this - dollars4email cheated me - no ifs ands or buts, 90% of my referrals are not from my own IP address (I access via AOL Broadband, I dont know if their broadband IP's are static or not). I wonder why I'm defending myself wheny Hyper is the cheat, but I am. I pay my member when it is due - last month over $1,100.00 - I have a successful program in GreenLetter and now I'm a target by any program I belong to and earn cashouts at? My God! What is this coming too.

I got into PTR because I enjoyed participating in it. Now that I have some success, I am some kind of target to keep my earnings at other programs?

Question: Why the heck is my email listed here? paidemails@unitz.ca is not a fake email address. If you want to call anyone a cheater you can call the owner of dollars4email one because I was owed over $25.00 and when I asked for it I was ignored and then the site closed a few months later AFTER I was deleted. I worked hard for that money. I gave up when I heard others had been ripped off but I dont' apreciate my email address being shown to everyone everywhere.
