Ok, I LOVE LE. It's a good money earner, etc. And I've not gotten upset over the constant down time, nor the boo boos of the webmaster, nor anything else. BUT.......

1. I sent an ad out right before the last server problems, and only got half the click throughs paid for. And when I wrote, I was pretty much told to be glad of that...and right after that email, there was old links sent...but not mine

2. I lost 1 of my 3 refs (friends) who had NOT been inactive but a week she swears...and lost those earnings.

3. Now this bites my craw...I did NOT click that stupid $3 LINK! Ohhhhhhhh but my account is reduced YET AGAIN...by that $3 error. That link was caught before I even saw that email! I remember it distinctly.

4. I cannot cannot cannot ever get into the forum over there, every time I try, either it's not working properly (whether it's me or it), or my login won't work, and I specifically wrote it down in my notebook.

Sorry, just venting. This really is starting to bother me. All the excuses. All the money lost. And being penalized for someone else's mistakes.

WOW!!! I thought it was just me. I too, have tried to login to the forum over there, and my login never seems to work. I have registered several times, cause I keel getting username not registered....... I lost a little over $4.00 myself there!!

I'm just really, REALLY needing some extra cash here, and since I'm NOT a cheater...like some other webbie likes to accuse people who complain about her...it takes me long, long hours that's about to break me just to make ends meet right now. I just checked my stats at LE and I lost $7.. $51 to $44.. $6 was deducted from my personal earnings.. I must have clicked those wrong emails, but it's frustating see our earnings drop instead of increase!! but even with all those things.. I luv LE! it's a great prog with lots of paidemails..

about the forum.. that's the error msg that I see every time I try to enter the forum...

I don't know what's going on but I haven't loost my earnings (don't know if Lan hasn't been to my account yet or what) but I did loose around 40 referrals, from 172 to 123 (now again 127)

I could have loost a good bunch of money without me knowing it since I wasn't able to look at my account for more than a weeks time for all the hassle with moving and not having an internet connection, so I might have loost a few bucks and gotten them back when my referrals have clicked in the meantime.....who knows.....
If I'll loose a whole bunch of my 69$ that I have in my account I'll be very very sad and pis*ed since I know that I have earned those $$$ by clicking and reading for a long period of time..... oh well I guess I'll just have to wait and see (+ pray) once more...

I've been hit too, my earnings have reduced from $87.10 to $71.58 and my solo earnings have dropped from $7 to just over $4, which means I have a way to go before reaching payout - and I thought I'd already reached it LOL!

I've also lost 7 level one referrals, and 97 in total from all levels - ouch!!

And just to let you all know the forum is run by Lan I am one of the moderators at LE forum whats going on there is that Avenger(the one who takes care of the forum) can never seem to get a hold of Lan because he wants to talk to her personally not by email so Lan and Avenger are never online at the same time to make a long story shorter

First About the problem link (wrong value paid link which made by me last year)

I think there are so many members who would not read my writing in paid email.
I have explained about these links so many times.

Last week, I made 2 wrong value Links

$1 instead of 1 points
$3 instead of 3 points

They are already FIXED
So some of you all had experienced your earnings deducted.


(2)

Last Year, I made 2 wrong value Links.

$3 instead of 3 points on 12/17/2002
$3 instead of 3 points on 12/2002

Those two had totally about 2500 clicks
And I am correcting one by one.

And just finished one of them, about 1000 accounts.

Therefore, you SEE your earnings has been less at least $3 if you clicked the link.

ALSO,

If you have referrals, you would also experienced your earnings less
more than $3 if your referrals clicked the link.

Let's see,

If you had 1 referral in 1st level, then the referral clicked $3 link
The referral earning from this one was 90 CENTS.
If you have two referrals, it was $1.80

If you had 1 referral in 2nd level, then the referral clicked $3 link
The referral earning from this one was 60 CENTS.
If you have two referrals, it was $1.20

This is not small amount.
That's why I had to correct the links before payout.

And the problem links that was made in the last year was two(2)
So if some members clicked both
you have seen that your earnings deducted $6.00

2nd About Forum

I would like to apologize you that our forum has been down since I have changed server
There are only needed to configure with the forum script
that's why I haven't been able to up forum even though all database of Forum is fine.

Avenger, who is Super Administrator of Lucky$Forum
has been trying to very hard to fix it even though he is kind of very busy
So he has spent his time for this problem every weekend since I asked him his help.

I have gotten many emails from members of Forum,
that they have missed Forum very much, so do I.

However, I though I really needed to fix the problem
for all members who are waiting cashout first.

After fixing all link value I am going to do forum too.

About Inactivity

I think this is one of serious problem that I have(may be the other sites would have also)

What I can do handle paid email site is
I do need to trust the script to keep administrating.

I have reported to John about this.
I have found that some members would not be able to receive emails
even if they didn't set vacation on,

But we are totally not sure WHY.

When I remove inactive members
I use script which can determine that the members didn't click for?? days.
If this function had any problem, What I could do to keep fresh database for advertisers.

However, I would like to apologize you that was happened though I have no idea
Why the script function included active members.

I should think about some fair offer to those members though I haven't come up what I could do.

About losing referrals,

This is what I have been feeling very sorry to all members who lost so many referrals
when I removed inactive members about 4900 +

That would be caused by the server problem that I had in the past several months.

I truly apologize you that I could not provide good service at the time.

As what I could do for those members, and as suggestion from those members
I have added redeem option for upgrading Gold
that offers lower amount of the regular FEE.

and to cover those Gold members
I have already started to increase Traffic to Gold members also.

Summary


Seems like I have following matters that I will have to resolve or improve

1, About inactivity -- find the cause why active members could be included in inactive list
-- if it was happened What I will be able to do for those members

2, To up Forum as soon as possible



As many of you would be able to understand
The programmer of My Ecme, John is very busy person, and hard worker
who always help out all webmaster as his best.

If we have problem with script, or need to get his support
It would take time because of his limited time.

How I wish if I were programmer who could resolve all problem.
But I am not.

Even if I have been taking time to fix the problem links
I didn't deduct from any members who didn't click
because I went to through the click report list
If the list was wrong
I will need to use Backup File to get it back to the before I started to fix all problem links
If I do it, We will have to lose more than 600 members who joined after the day
and have to have another time to cashout....


Alought, I could not come over to forum, and hadn't had time to go around
