I wanted to take this time to give you all a quick update on how things
stand as the week comes to a close.

:: Continued Silence From StormPay
We our attorney still has not received a reply from StormPay to our demand
letter. So now we move forward with legal action to retrieve our funds
from StormPay. Due to obvious reasons, I am unable to give any specifics
regarding these actions(s), but know that they will be swift. But please
understand that there is a possibility that the resolution of this matter
will not be, as investigators have now become involved at the behest of
many of you regarding StormPay?€™s most recent actions. However, we remain
undeterred in our attempts to regain access to our account so we can honor
our goal to issue refunds.

:: EMO Refunds Slowed More By Chargebacks
We need to inform you that our announced EMO refund schedule has been
severely slowed. In addition to the fact that the funds intended to fund
our EMO account are still being held in StormPay, some members who
purchased upgrades with EMO have initiated chargebacks. The enormous fees
that this has caused us to incur are depleting our reserve fund there.
However we hope that new revenue that we will mention below will allow the
speed of refunds to pick up next week.

:: New Revenue Opportunity
Due to recent events and our attempts to communicate on a regular basis
with you, the forum has been receiving considerable traffic. Since we
have had to put plans to launch our new site on hold, we will be utilizing
the immense surge in traffic on the forum to put into place a steady
stream of income in the form of banner and texts advertisements throughout
the boards. We will also be honoring all pending HitsDaily Pro ad
purchases in this format as well. We will have more details about this
Monday. For those of you who are wishing to support LifeClicks,
advertising purchases will be a great way to do so.

:: EMO Email Address Changed
For those of you who were attempting to donate to the legal fund in the
past couple of days and have been unable, please note that it is because
our EMO email address has been changed. Please send any future donations
to emo@hitsdailypro.com

It has been a long and exhausting week for us all. I hope you are all
able to get some rest over the weekend and know that I remain here and
will continue to be here fighting for you all and fighting for this
program that we all worked so hard to build.

Wow, nowhere in here does she mention that HER own company is under investigation by the FBI, SEC, 2 state gov'ts, and the BBB.

Banner advertising in a forum...She is just NOW looking at that as a revenue source?

Bet that will bring in a cool grand or so for a month...

Hardly a drop of water in the ocean of debt they are swimming in ... rofl.gif

Of course she isnt. Go look at their forum. They have a section called "Media Lies, Omissions and Misrepresentations". rolleyes.gif

I was thinking.. "Who would believe that ABC4, CNN, Wall Street Journal, Georgia News, GA government, BBB, SEC *AND* the FBI are *ALL* lying?"

Then I looked in their forum. Oh my..... talk about gullible people.

(they must have mods editing posts there 24-7.. remember members, dont ask too many questions wink.gif )

I don't condone 12dailypro's ignoring the legal investigations, but at least they have kept their forum up, unlike Stormpay. And everyone is focusing on 12DP, but many other sites are involved in this, with Stormpay as the one common denominator. I believe that this is all part of one big investigation...is Stormpay set up as some sort of sting operation to get its owners out of the hot water they were in a few years ago.......

Just look at:
http://forums.12dailypro.com/smf/index.php?topic=27089.0

The members don't even trust the WSJ, arguably the most reputable business news source in the world.

They don't accept new people on their forum. The people posting there seem to be hand selected.

The people look at the article at the top of this:
http://forums.12dailypro.com/smf/index.php?topic=27234.0

They take it to be the gospel. It says that "Most paid auto surf programs are not based on a multi-level marketing system, which means that they do not rely on new recruits to sustain their modus operandi or business operations." Implying that this can't be a ponzi. Well ponzis don't need referrals at all. They only need new incoming members.

"Forum rule #13: Do not refer to 12DailyPro as an HYIP we are an respected auto surf program and member must surf to receive gains on this site."

Someone actually disagreed with 12dp here:
http://forums.12dailypro.com/smf/index.php?topic=26956.0
The response was: "excuse me artrader54? This particular board is for MISrepresentations of 12dp. If you are going to concur with these misrepresentations then at least post somwhere else!"

I also find it most interesting that in this thread:
http://forums.12dailypro.com/smf/index.php?topic=26869.0
It clearly states in the BBB report, yet everyone who posts in this thread ignores this part:
Principal: Ms. Charis Johnson , Owner File Open Date: February 2006
TOB Classification: Work-At-Home Companies, Ponzi Schemes, Pyramid Companies

The BBB report is here: http://www.charlotte.bbb.org/commonreport.html?compid=121726

I like this one too from that same report about 12DP:

Customer Experience

The Bureau processed a total of 0 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period.

And I like this one from the BBB of middle Tennessee:

The Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee
=============================================

Media Release
Date: February 7, 2006

To: BBB Members & Media

From: Kathleen Calligan, President & CEO
Telephone (615) 250-4242

StormPay.com Freezes Accounts

The Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee alerts the public to the business practices of StormPay.com of Clarksville, Tennessee. During the first six weeks of 2006, StormPay.com has generated more complaints to BBB than any other Middle Tennessee or Southern Kentucky business.

In the past seven days, BBB has received 18,926 inquiries from consumers around the world checking on the reliability of StormPay.com.

Complaints filed by consumers from around the world state that StormPay.com has frozen their online accounts and will not release funds due. StormPay.com is an online payment processor which acts as an intermediary in the processing of funds between a web site and a customer. ?Since the end of January, BBB has received over 180 complaints from users of StormPay.com? says BBB President/CEO, Kathleen Calligan. ?A review of complaints filed by users indicate that the company is holding in excess of $460,000? explains Calligan.

An email sent to at least one complaintant by StormPay, states in part ??should you choose to attempt to recover your funds through other means, that conduct will result in the forfeiture of any refund??

The majority of complaints filed with BBB, concern StormPay?s freezing of accounts from users who participate in ?auto-surfing? programs. An ?auto-surfing? program reportedly generates money to the user every time a user visits a participating web site.

Due to the complaint volume, international scope of participants and amount of money involved, BBB is requesting the assistance of federal authorities for further investigation.

Sure they've received no complaints about 12dp, because everyone had been paid on time! Makes perfect sense.

The Forum might be up but it does not allow new members to sign up and join. In fact it has been that way since BEFORE the current debacle with StormPay. No fresh voices to be heard there.

So what happens is that the Forum has become the Church for the Cult of 12DP. The place where reality and facts simply are not admitted.

Next thing is 12DP will be handing out KoolAid and telling members "Just drink this and all your money will return..." :dirol:

I tried to post in Stormpay's forum. But I had a problem even accessing the website.

In fact, all the links to the forum at Stormpay disappeared about the same time this thing happened.

I do have a feeling that 12DP will start getting BBB complaints now, but they have a long way to go to catch up to Stormpay's file.

12Daily has changed their site design. Tried to look them up on Archiver but they have blocked that. Is this a new designe or an old one ?
onlooker
New one...Notice theres no mention of the 12% thingy wink.gif
scottsinct
Yes it's true. They have no Google cache anymore.

Their website still says copyright 2005 at the bottom, not 2006.

Well, they are saying that members should donate to the legal fund.

Few weeks ago almostly no one but praised 12dp and
trusted it so much.....
And now after The ScamPay's Fiasco .... some People and
some of 12dp members seem to be laughing at what Charis says
and their new site design and SUDDENLY they no more trust 12dp...
Charis is now trying to make 12dp survive and get back members'
stolen money out of ######IN' SP's Pocket...
And I expect that all of 12dp members who made money with it
and want 12dp to survive shall stand with Charis and not just
Laughing at her...
scottsinct
More cult mentality! I never, and will never, trust a ponzi scheme.

Notice, the 12dp forum still has no advertising banners. So much for this new source of income!
